The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Brice at the desk was very helpful and went out his way to help. The bar tender was a hoot, and he worked very hard in a crowd. When in JAX pick this one!

Nothing that I can think of
My previous hotel cancelled my reservation and I was stressed out. Bryce was working the front desk and he was super helpful and nice. I was really stressed out and they helped me to calm down.
We love this Sheraton ! Nice humans,no extra charge for pups and well kept property! Another plus is the many smells (not cats)and gourmet dog biscuits from # Bone Appetit! Our humans are happy due to #Lucky Goat and best Pho @ #Urban Vietnamese across the street!

Todd at the bar was terrific! Very personable and makes you feel like a friend. If I had a business, I would highly recommend him - you have a true “gem” on your hands!!
Comfortable and clean.
Pool is smaller than pictured. There is no hot tub.
The breakfast was really good. The atmosphere was peaceful ☺️

There are many hotel options in the area, but I always choose this hotel because of Todd, the bartender here. He consistently provides attention and exceptional service to me and every member of my team, and can’t be more grateful for the hospitality and friendship he offers us. Todd is a great asset to your company, always!
