The room was very spacious and clean. I liked the French looking doors to the bathroom. I had a view of the main road. I would like to recognize Harlee, who provided exceptional customer service. She was very knowledgeable and considerate and made sure that I had everything that I needed. My check in and check out experience was quick and simple. It was a great value for the price and the overall ambiance was comfortable and peaceful. I didn’t experience anyone being excessively loud and the amenities were nice.

We had an excellent experience thanks to our bartender, Todd! He took great care of our entire party, making sure everyone had what they needed without us ever having to ask. Despite being busy, he maintained a positive, friendly attitude the entire time and made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was fast, attentive, and professional. His great energy and outstanding customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent experience and look forward to coming back!

Todd is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome with his friendly personality, great attitude, and genuine hospitality. He was attentive without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and made excellent recommendations that did not disappoint.

What really sets Todd apart is how he connects with his customers. He creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere while still providing top-notch service. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it shows in every interaction.

If you’re lucky enough to have Todd as your bartender, you’re in for a great experience. Outstanding service, great drinks, and an even better personality. He absolutely deserves five stars, and we’ll definitely be back because of him!

The Sandalwood Class of 1976 had their 50th reunion celebration at the Sheraton Jacksonville the weekend of July 25th, 2026 and it was a HUGE success! A big thank you to Catherine Balagopal, Jeff Renaud, Shantil Robinson and all the staff at Sheraton Jax for making our event a night to remember.

The Deerwood Ballroom is huge and flexible. It held 170 guests, a band on a stage and a dance floor with ease. We had the Come Hungry Southern Buffet and the food was absolutely delicious!

I must also give a big round of applause to Todd the bartender for expertly handling our Friday night informal meet-n-greet at the Bold City Grill & Bar, located right inside the hotel. The food was excellent and the craft cocktails were outstanding! He is truly a professional!

Many of our classmates stayed at the hotel and we had a great experience. I had one person say that this was one of the cleanest hotels he's ever stayed in - and he travels a lot! If there were any issues they were handled quickly by the hotel staff. If I need accommodations in the future this hotel will be my go to!

I highly recommend this hotel for both personal stays and events. The event team are truly a joy to work with.

Fantastic location with tons of dining options nearby. After eating out, we stopped by the hotel bar and the service was excellent — our bartender was attentive to every table and the bar top all night (didn’t catch his name, but he was great).

Special shout-out to Harlee — she checked in on all the guests, was warm and welcoming, and clearly went above and beyond. All the staff were great, but she really stood out.

Great location, great team. Highly recommend

The Jacksonville Sheraton Hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Laura and Sherman fixed a problem we had at check in. Not only were they accommodating, they were also kind and patient. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. The decor, rooms and atmosphere were beautiful.

Excellent service, amazing people by Chef Jeff and Shanti

Here for a national track meet at UNF with four adults. Due to the heat we’ve needed many showers but housekeeping continues to be poor. We had one day of our four with beds done and towels. The only bright spot has been the great breakfast buffet and front desk workers Bre and Casey.
