Shantil and Chef Jeff created an amazing event. Shantil was especially attentive and helped coordinate all aspects of our two day mini conference. We look forward to work with the Sheraton Jacksonville team again with Shantil at the lead.
Absolutely amazing service. Can’t give Taryn a big enough shout out. She went above and beyond with every customer that approached the bar.

The conference room but the toaster did not work and the bacon was burnt.
There was a dog barking all night. No microwave.
Ac dint work ,there was a dog next store, they charge me for breakfast ,they charge me for parking.very abused.

The stay at the Sheraton was nice. The hotel is clean, staff friendly. The food in the “Sheraton club/Concierge lounge” was good. Nod to the chef for the August 11 taco Tuesday shrimp!! The pineapple really set it off and balanced the spicy flavor. Cleaning staff was nice. Only gripe was in the “Sheraton club” they would often times have food without condiments to go with… like fajitas and chicken tenders 8/13. There was no sour cream, salsa, barbecue sauce, etc. And staff did walk in and past several times. Also one time there were no plates to eat the food. They had run out and as staff came and went they never thought to replace them.
I have come to this location plenty of times for work and I genuinely have no complaints! The staff is amazing every time I stay and I highly recommend stopping at the hotel bar & restaurant! Todd is the best!!
Stayed with hubby while he was at a conference and really enjoyed the stay. Especially Todd he was the best bartender! Will definitely go back. Great customer service and everything was very clean:)

The room was very spacious and clean. I liked the French looking doors to the bathroom. I had a view of the main road. I would like to recognize Harlee, who provided exceptional customer service. She was very knowledgeable and considerate and made sure that I had everything that I needed. My check in and check out experience was quick and simple. It was a great value for the price and the overall ambiance was comfortable and peaceful. I didn’t experience anyone being excessively loud and the amenities were nice.
Shantil and Chef Jeff was absolutely superb. The food and service absolutely great.
