Disappointed
Pros:

Central clean

Cons:

My husband who is in his 80s was travelling alone from Scotland for a railway trip. He arrived around 7 pm a dark rainy night he was tired as he is not used to London he decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, he ordered his steak and sat down a few minutes later the waitress came and asked for payment my husband put cash on the bill, we don’t accept cash! He doesn’t have a credit card and nowhere on the site when we booked or on the menu does it say this! The food was almost ready to serve my husband asked if an exception could be made? She contacted the manager who said NO so the food went to waste ( only him in the restaurant) and my husband went to bed hungry after a long journey as by this time it was almost 9pm he was tired and upset and didn’t feel like going looking around London for a suitable place. I am so disappointed in this hotel it’s quite expensive for the tiny room he had.

Voor een nachtje was het goed
Pros:

Het bed lag heel comfortabel

Cons:

Value for money of you’re not fussy.
Pros:

This was easy to get to via the underground. Hotel has a restaurant on site which is handy if you need to use it. At time of booking I paid €100 for a Friday night (March 6th) which was decent value for money.

Cons:

Was disappointed with my room as the bins hadn’t been emptied from the last guest or properly cleaned for that matter. Room was dirty and there was lots of hair in the sink etc. Bathroom is very tired and needs some TLC. Hotel is like a maze, multiple doors/levels and the room was noisy. Loud quests/paper thin walls/slamming doors and the TV on the wall in the next room is right at your headboard.

Pros:

Last minute booking, great location a good bar/restaurant on site, heard from others breakfast is also good.

Cons:

The bathroom was more like a wet room, so everything got soaked when showering. The overall feel of the place was also a bit dormitory-like rather than a typical hotel

A decent option.
Pros:

Reception staff were welcoming and helpful.
Location is great, rooms compact but perfectly comfortable.

Cons:

TV only half visible from the bed, really bizarre, especially seeing as they could wall mount it.
Blind broken so too light to sleep properly.

Recommend for those traveling in / out of Euston - comfortable and everything you need surrounding
Pros:

Excellent location being close to the train station and short walk to restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed plenty of sockets. Staff were great. They stored my luggage whilst I went shopping.

Cons:

The room was small but felt spacious due to great design layout however the bed was angled away from the TV but I was only there one night so not an issue.
