Me gustó la habitación el hotel tiene gym y buenas instalaciones

El aire acondicionado fue lo máximo porque fui en días de mucho calor y es de los pocos hoteles que lo ofrecen

Gute Lage. Renovierte Zimmer. Hochwertiges Duschgel und Creme.

Cons:

Im Einzelzimmer keine Steckdose am Bett. Ich musste die Steckdose der Nachttischlampe nehmen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn der Lichtschalter für das Deckenlicht war neben dem Bett.

Staff were very nice and friendly, but my requested alarm call didn't happen.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Just 5 minutes walk from Euston Station which was perfect.
My room was very quiet.

Cons:

I could get no daylight into room through the window which made the room claustrophobic. Opening the window revealed a further screen outside the window. The window could only be opened a very small amount.

The hotel offered a full English breakfast for £18.00 which I did not want. A Continental breakfast would also have cost £18.00. Too much for a bowl of Muesli, croissant and coffee!

Good location for doing lots of things in London without being in too busy in area if that’s your kind of vibe
Pros:

Four family Central location in London I thought the pricing was good. The facilities is very good and the rooms of a reasonable size equally being a road back from the main road. It was a little bit quieter. Access to shops restaurants and facilities was excellent. The gym was really good as well. If you also needed to attend UCLH hospital for anything it’s a superb location being just across the road and very close to main train links.

Cons:

The breakfast I felt was a little bit pricey and not the greatest selection but reason

Pros:

The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. This makes any stay at this hotel different to other hotels in London. This is whether it is the 24/7 reception staff to the cleaners and kitchen staff. I would return again especially for business travel.

Honestly nothing that I can say i didn't like.

Perfect location for where we wanted to go and friendly hotel staff.
Pros:

Check in was smooth, facilities in room like tea, coffee, milk. Bed was very comfortable. Shower heads were a bit dodgy but as soon as we mentioned it to reception it got mended straight away.

Cons:

if we are being picky, the Breakfasts choice needs expanding with more cold selections.

Good stay
Pros:

Clean, lovely staff and comfortable staff.

Cons:

The bar staff didn’t even know how to open a bottle of wine with a corkscrew and my mum had to in the end open it herself. The drinks were really expensive too.
