Points North Apartments is getting a face-elevator!. This involves the exterior of the building being washed down, and a fresh coat of paint. The good news is that your view should not be interrupted, as the works will be done by abseilers (no scaffolding). While you may notice a bit of noise and activity Monday to Friday between now and the end of April 2025. We will do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our property for your future enjoyment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great apartment, amazing position with fantastic access to amenities.
Pros:

We had a great stay. We had ocean views from the 19th floor which were fantastic. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Awesome to have a Woolies just downstairs too.

Cons:

Pillows could do with an update.

I booked a 2 bedroom superior sea view apartment and I was given the wrong apartment with partial view and which did not
Pros:

The property is situated in a great location.
Our apartment was newly renovated and clean.
It was very easy to get to the shops, restaurants and walk to the beach.

Cons:

the property needs cleaning from basement and common areas. Basement was badly stinking and common areas were not clean. The owner of 4-18 needs to make guests to feel at home and want to return to the place. It would have been nice to have sets of towels instead of 1 towel each on a 5day stay. There were not enough laundry soap, dish washing soap, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner on a 5 day family stay instead we told to go buy it to the shops if we needed them. That’s not cool at all.

Loved our stay at ULTIQA Points North and will stay then again - highly recommend!
Pros:

ULTIQA Points North was an excellent accomodation option for us, it was located in a fantastic spot and had all the creature comforts we could have asked for, with easy access to shopping and eating/dining locations.

Cons:

My only criticism of the complex is that there is no shade at the pool area. The area could do with umbrellas or shade sails for sun protection and the kids pool could do with partial shade sails also.

The view was amazing, So close to the beach and everything we needed in terms of shops, cafes, pubs etc. Staff were very helpful with a seamless check in and check out process. Would recommended to anyone looking to stay near Kirra and snapper rocks.
