Points North Apartments is getting a face-elevator!. This involves the exterior of the building being washed down, and a fresh coat of paint. The good news is that your view should not be interrupted, as the works will be done by abseilers (no scaffolding). While you may notice a bit of noise and activity Monday to Friday between now and the end of April 2025. We will do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our property for your future enjoyment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Disappointing

Location to beach.

Cons:

Apartment was dirty and outdated, double bed mattress in main bedroom was old and in urgent need of replacement, after one night with no sleep and back pain we had to sleep in kids beds the 2nd night to get some sleep.
Outdoor furniture was old and filthy dirty, lounge upholstery is broken down and long past its use by date and unable to sit on.
Floors in apartment were sticky and dirty, ants and insects in kitchen and apartment.

Great stay !
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean, comfy beds, we had a great kitchen and amazing views !
Also we like very much the welcoming from Nicolas at reception, he was polite, warm, and happy to see us !

Cons:

I expected more windows looking into the beach from the dining, as that was what booking.com showed me for what I paid. So the photos of booking.com were misleading !
Also I didnt like that we have only one car space, and we were two couples. A little bit difficult to park for the second car.

Everything. 9th floor. Lovely beach/ocean views. Well appointed 2 bed ensuite apartment.

Cons:

Even on ninth floor still bit of noise. Could hear the megaphones from the beach.. Hopefully can choose higher floor next time (23 storey building).

Very comfortable in the perfect location
Pros:

Location and views are incredible. You don't have to drive. The beach and everything else you could possibly need is at your doorstep. The apartment has everything you need and more. Spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool and spa area is currently closed,which we knew in advance. The building is a little old and may need an uplift soon but that didn't impact our stay.
