Points North Apartments is getting a face-elevator!. This involves the exterior of the building being washed down, and a fresh coat of paint. The good news is that your view should not be interrupted, as the works will be done by abseilers (no scaffolding). While you may notice a bit of noise and activity Monday to Friday between now and the end of April 2025. We will do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our property for your future enjoyment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Loved location and the view

Cons:

The cleanliness was not up to standard . Lots of hairs from previous tenants and surfaces dusty . Quite obvious cleaners don’t take the time to make it spotless . Aircon is on front veranda so sitting outside the hot air is blowing directly onto you .

Fantastic stay in a superb location. Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Fantastic views and location- very spacious apartment nicely furnished with great kitchen and laundry facilities. Foxtel included on large tv . Secure underground carpark. Across the road to surf club and beach, plus internal access to Strand Arcade including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy . Quiet and peaceful- great balcony for breakfast and evening drinks with beautiful ocean views.

Cons:

The reception staff were not very welcoming.
Also I was worried about opening windows without screens that a child could easily climb through ( we were not traveling with children )

Great apartment, amazing position with fantastic access to amenities.
Pros:

We had a great stay. We had ocean views from the 19th floor which were fantastic. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Awesome to have a Woolies just downstairs too.

I booked a 2 bedroom superior sea view apartment and I was given the wrong apartment with partial view and which did not
Pros:

The property is situated in a great location.
Our apartment was newly renovated and clean.
It was very easy to get to the shops, restaurants and walk to the beach.

Cons:

the property needs cleaning from basement and common areas. Basement was badly stinking and common areas were not clean. The owner of 4-18 needs to make guests to feel at home and want to return to the place. It would have been nice to have sets of towels instead of 1 towel each on a 5day stay. There were not enough laundry soap, dish washing soap, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner on a 5 day family stay instead we told to go buy it to the shops if we needed them. That’s not cool at all.
