Pros:

Convenient location. 15min walk to Lavender train station and easy enough to get a grab. Lots of local restaurants in the area and there is a vending machine and orange juice machine outside the lobby. The room is small and basic but a comfortable place to rest.

Cons:

The rooms are a little tired and the shower area doesn't look very clean, you'll want to wear slippers to shower. The walls are also thin so if you have a loud neighbour it's unpleasant.

Good value for money in an expensive city
Pros:

Room was clean and as described
Facilities at the hotel were minimal but that's not a problem as its in a busy residential and commercial area with many shops, restaurants etc. The location was good for food etc
Hotel was great value for Singapore and in line with other nearby hotels

Cons:

The nearest metro station was 7-10 minutes away. That's fine for me, but would have been harder if carrying heavy luggage in temperatures of c. 30 degrees.

I wouldn't recommend it for families as its near the redlight area with some street prostitution.

Room was overlooked by nearby apartment blocks, but this seems standard in Singapore

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, schön ist es nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und es müffelt.

Good clean basic budget hotel - Typical ibis.
Pros:

Good location, clean and tidy foyer, helpful and welcoming staff. Basic, clean room with twin single beds. Provided kettle / tea /coffee. Bench for luggage storage.

Cons:

Minor issue - shower was not very hot, and ran cold.

The hotel itself is really good ; clean and bedroom was ok . The staff is very friendly amd nice and they look after you.

The location was not in a nice aerea was a bit outside of what we expected.
