We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for anyone visiting the Venice Biennale. At the same time, it is easy to reach Venice’s main attractions while enjoying a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered beautiful views from the windows. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very enjoyable.

A special thank you for the warm and heartfelt welcome we received upon arrival. We immediately felt at home. The genuine hospitality and kindness made our stay even more memorable.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

We had the best stay in Hotel Bucintoro. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and spoke good English. The air conditioning worked so well in the hot weather. Their breakfast was the best we have had ever at a hotel. I have gluten intolerance and they had a wide selection that was so tasty. Location is amazing, close to the main attractions and the lagoon.

Location is magnificent. On the water, away from the crowds. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Will return.

Our first time to Venice, and despite the extreme heat, it was a wonderful trip. Hotel Bucintoro is perfectly located as it is right at the Arsenale dock for easy airport drop off and pick up as well as the daily water taxi. It’s close enough to walk to St Marks Square but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The staff at HC was so accommodating…prior to arrival we had to make several changes and they easily made the adjustments. And when we arrived, they guided us appropriately to where we wanted to go. Rooms are small but have all the amenities needed!

In order: the view is absolutely magnificent, with views of many of the famous landmarks, like a picture postcard. The location is perfect for us; on the lagoon but far enough down for it to be quiet. Turn right and you end up in San Marco; turn left and you head towards the end of the island with it's parks and Venezia FC:) Our room was clean, if a little 'cosy'. The outside seating area, for breakfast and nightcaps, is a real bonus. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed this lovely hotel and its great service. We choose it due to convenient location for the Venice Biennale, just near Arsenal and Gardini. And were very pleasantly surprised how beautiful and quiet this place with great and very professional staff, excellent breakfast and nice view. We spent wonderful days in Venice thanks to this lovely place and its wonderful staff.

Beautifully appointed hotel with average-sized rooms that are thoughtfully laid out and have charming ship details. The view from our room was lovely- on the bridge and into the Laguna- but if you are on floors 1-2 you must draw curtains for privacy. Copious and varied breakfast. Helpful reception, made a good restaurant rec and called for us, as well as setting up water taxi. One of the best locations for the biennale. Price is average for 4* in Venice, a bit high for us but we would return.

Marco was very, very helpful. My room was nice, clean with a good view of the water. Great dinner recommendations & helpful reserving water taxi. Excellent breakfast every day!
