Pros:

Stefano was one of the best parts of our stay! He was personable and he had incredible recommendation for restaurants and things to do. He arranged a fabulous tours for us and boat service to our cruise. The breakfast service was top notch. I don't think we could have had a better breakfast and all of Venice! There is not another hotel I would recommend! HOTEL BUCINTORO IS THE BEST!

Perfekte Lage, gutes Frühstück ...
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage ausgewählt. Und diese war auch ausgezeichnet. Es liegt in erster Reihe fußfrei am Canale di San Marco und nur wenige Gehminuten von den Biennale-Standorten Arsenale und Giardini della Biennale entfernt. Neben der Lage ist auch das Frühstück hervorzuheben. Es bot eine hübsche Auswahl und war auch qualitativ ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer selbst ist schwieriger zu bewerten. Viele Hotels in Venedig wirken – ob bewusst oder nicht – etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Dazu gehört auch das Bucintoro. Das Zimmer lädt zu einer Reise in die Vergangenheit ein. Das stört nicht unbedingt, schließlich ist Venedig zur Gänze ein Freilichtmuseum. Weniger passend schien jedoch, dass die Hotelgänge tagsüber mit Schmutzwäschesäcken vollgeräumt und verstellt waren. Zudem war die Temperatur im Zimmer leider gedrosselt und blieb trotz unserer Bemühungen zu kalt. Auch das Bad war aufgrund des kalten Steinbodens nicht gerade angenehm. Insgesamt entspricht das Haus eher einem 3-Sterne-Hotel ... charmant ja, aber ein "Luxushotel", wie auf der Website kommuniziert, ist es nicht. Den Preis zahlt man für die Lage.

Hotel molto grazioso e con vista impareggiabile sul canal grande.A due passi dai Giardini della biennale . E' presente anche un piccolo bar con tavolini all'aperto molto carino e ben servito.Ottima la colazione.

Great location and staff highly recommend
Pros:

Stefano arranged transportation from our ship in Chioggia to a water taxi in Venice directly to our hotel at less cost than with ship arranged transfer. Communications were excellent through email. They answered all questions expeditiously. Exceptional service. Same for transport via water taxi to airport.

Pros:

Alles war sehr schön, das Hotel ist ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert.
Wunderbarer Ausblick.
Es ist zwar "nur" ein Hotel Garni, aber um die Ecke gibt es wirklich genügend Restaurants.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, and the view from our room was spectacular. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff at check in and breakfast were all helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was compact which we expected and did not mind. However we found the small bathroom awkward with little space to put basic toiletries.

A wonderful hotel in an absolutely beautiful location! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts are simply delicious — far beyond the typical Italian breakfast, with a great variety of options. Everything about our stay was excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment!

Ich hatte ein Lagune Blick bestellt, aber einen Stadtblick erhalten
Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen und wurde deshalb von der Zentrale ganz abgestellt
