The room was comfortable
Floor cleanliness was not the best
Close to restaurants and stores needed since displaced from home due to flooding.
Carpet was dirty 2 year old feet became dirty quickly. Room was given to someone in error scary incident eventually resolved but could have been worse if they had actually entered since they had a Doberman and I had 2 grandkids in the room.
The property is clean and the staff is friendly
In the workout facility, you could add some dumbbells and the treadmill was not working

went to check in they said they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked. Went through booking.com couldn't get a refund processed and the person working the front desk was completely unwilling to help.
Inn seemed very clean. Nice variety of breakfast choices.
Had to switch rooms due to a lack of outlets near bed. Second room was the same. Needed outlets for medical device. Front desk lady moved a lamp over with outlets.
Outlet behind bed was not secure in wall. Dangling with cords already being used by clock radio and wall lamps.

Beds are uncomfortable- breakfast was over multiple hours and not enough food for people and no refill at their breakfast bar at 7:30 am

Location was close to a Walmart and other places such as restaurants and such the hotel itself was clean
The toilet had a broken piece that made the toilet flush and we just made the best of it
Place was nice , clean and good breakfast
The girl at the front desk not very professional with lots of attitude
Front desk guy was amazing pool was adequate and clean breakfast was femonimal there aee parks and shopping all round there and a buffet right next door
