Great for the price
Pros:

Great views, wonderful pool, great check in services, wonderful lobby, very comfortable bed

Cons:

Rooms are a bit dated, the entrance to the pool has an automatic shower so you cannot every the pool area without getting wet (phones, books, towels)

Wonderful staycation
Pros:

This is an amazing place that, for some reason, flies under the radar.
The room is palatial, the grounds are amazing and the breakfast just world-class.
Some staff are fantastic. Keith deserves a particular mention. Thanks!

Cons:

If the process of check-in could be slightly smoother, that would be good, but I’m not sure whether that is up to the hotel.
One staff member seemed mainly interested in his cell phone, giving a less than professional impression, but the majority of the staff were wonderful.

Pros:

The hotel area was huge, it has a nice garden by the lake and you can walk around it. The hotel is also very clean and staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel room was a bit old and didn't seem to be very well maintained - apart from the bathroom. Lights were dim and something was wrong with the air-conditioning because even though we've set it to 17, the room was still a bit too warm. It was constantly at 24-25.

Pros:

Lovely facility and location, hotel is located in the city but surrounded by lakes and forests, very peaceful, great place for visiting with babies/toddler, there is a nice grass area to play, outdoor playground, indoor playground.

Pros:

Great for weekend retreat or business.

Rooms are quiet with solid wood doors. In new properties I usually have a hard time hearing all kind of noises.

Good stay.
Pros:

This hotel is very nice, this is my 4th time staying there. The lake view is very beautiful and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is good.
The past 2 times I have stayed there there has been a conference but this time it was not crowded. Last time Resturant were busy.

号称出名的亲子酒店，可是亲子项目真很一般，室内的儿童乐园也不大，室外的儿童游玩项目也不多。酒店的其他方面还不错，就是位置比较偏，外出购物吃饭等不方便。
