There was no snow removal outside any of the doors, dog pee and poop all over, not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed

Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil et accessible

Cons:

La chambre manquait de prise électrique pour mes appareils électronique. Merci au personnel de l'hôtel de m'avoir passé une extension électrique. l'isolation entre les chambre était moyen.
Commentaire sur Booking : Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre que Booking a choisi "accessible pour chaise roulante, car je n'en avais pas besoin. Je pense que ce choix ne doit pas être automatiquement sélectionné.

It was comfortable and we enjoyed it.
Pros:

We really liked the breaksast menu. It could be in a wider space, I think where it is now, it will easily get congested when a lot of guests start to queue for food.

Cons:

The food buffet should be separate from the drinks buffet/station.

unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war zweckmässig. In der Nacht war es sehr laut (undichte Türen)
Pros:

Gutes unkompliziertes, self service Frühstück. Pool im Hotel und die Lage zur Fähre ist super

Cons:

Um den Pool herum war es überhaupt nicht sauber, überall Haare und Schmutz
