Cons:

Staff who was there when we checked in around 5:00 PM PST. She was not helpful as the internet was not working and faced challenges while trying to connect. WIFI. Also the coffee machine in the room was full of dirt and she didn't got it change

Stay was comfortable but not amazing by any stretch of the imagination.
Pros:

The room and hotel was clean, organized and comfortable and the time I spent there was relaxing. The front desk staff were nice enough for the experience I had while at the hotel. The room itself was the best part of the stay as it gave me room to rest, work and enjoy some down time.

Cons:

The staff probably didn't communicate as well as after my first night I decided to extend my stay for a day, though the next morning someone attempted to enter the room unannounced while I was sleeping. The deadbolt was used so the door wasn't opened but nevertheless that wasn't great. The entertainment system seemed fine until noticing the remote didn't work properly and the tv had to be manually adjusted by a single button for multiple commands. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a bit of a let down...probably the worst selection I've seen at a hotel of this caliber.

Conforto e praticidade
Pros:

Localização excelente, muito próximo ao aeroporto. Quarto muito espaçoso para a opção que escolhi. Estacionamento gratuito é muito cômodo também. A recepcionista foi muito gentil e nos explicou como tudo funcionava.
