Lovely view from balcony, friendly staff, good selection of food, rooms cleaned daily

Nagyon tágas, tiszta, gyönyörű panorámás szobát kaptunk a családommal, ahol az egyébként nagyon kedves személyzet naponta cserélte a törölközőket, és úgy általában tartották tisztán a szobánkat. Mind hárman nagyon szerettünk itt lenni kis családommal. Nekem csak az volt az egyetlen negatív, hogy a szálloda nem biztosított lehetőséget a transzfer eljutásra mind oda, és mind a visszaútra.

C'est scandaleux ! Un tiers des chambres, dont la mienne, donne sur le bâtiment de gestion des eaux usées : bruit fort de moteur et odeur d'égout (je pourrais dire de m...) 24 heures sur 24! Impossible de dormir etrester sur le balcon à cause du bruit et de l'odeur. Le personnel semblait désolé, mais pas étonnée lorsque je m'en suis plaint. Conclusion, l'hôtel assume de faire vivre cette horrible expérience à leurs clients ! Incroyable !

I had gone to the hotel with my family three years ago. There is no comparison. Now it is fully renovated, with rooms, hallways, pools, and restaurants. However, our greatest impression and admiration was for the kitchen and the food. Great variety, quantity, quality, flavor. We also met the chef. A very capable, worthy, and hard-working person. Bravo to him and his employers. My congratulations and those of my seven-member family. DIMITRIS MICHAIL.

We booked not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised. Staff good, Marios and the entertainment team were very good. The pool was warm and always free sun beds. Very clean hotel.

The food was ok and what you expect really. We would book again

The entertainment was brilliant the girls were so talented if there’s any hoteliers reading this book them now or your competitors will reap the rewards. Well done girls

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Only downside is can think of, is the beach is rocky not sandy, but still good.
Coral Beach itself only 10/15 min walk way.

1. Bedroom was very nice big and spacious always cleaned on a daily basis.

I have got no faults with the hotel to say I have been travelling all different countries for the past five years this has got to be up there as one of the best cannot wait to go back in October.

Had a nice time we love Cyprus and made the most of it but absolutely awful hotel wouldn't return.
Very basic and outdated, Food is dire, staff are miserable.
The entertainment is pathetic horrible nighttime acts/ "singers" and the day isn't much better with that creepy entertainer(Marios?) Who loves himself.

We had such an amazing time we arrived late on the 23rd of June and arrived to sandwiches and snacks in the room. Our first day by the pool Patti came straight over and interacted with us made us feel really welcome. The bar tenders make an effort to remember your drinks order. Patti and Marios and the other girls from the entertainment team were absolutely amazing they really made us feel welcome and even sang for our birthdays. Lilya and zoya in the restaurant were wonderful we spoke to them over dinner and they also gave us a birthday card they are really special ladies. I also suffer from an allergy the kitchen team came out everyday breakfast lunch and dinner to explain what I could and couldn’t have making me feel safe and valued. Thankyou Marios, Patti, lilya and zoya for making this holiday such a special one it really was magical made the best memories

Myself and my husband went here for a week for some relaxation and that is what we got. Hotel was well located for restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms were clean and all you need for a sunny holiday. All staff were friendly and helpful from reception to the lovely cleaning ladies. Restaurant and bar staff were very accommodating and we were spoiled! The entertainment staff were all lovely....especially the lovely Patti who also had time for a blether!
Nice mix of holiday makers and plenty peace at night.

mixed to be honest.... we arrived at check in without much of a smile or explanation of where things were etc
room was clean but after a few days oir clothes felt damp not sure of it was the aircon bit even with wardrobe shut
we came to relax and was woken daily at 9 by the maids even though the do not disturb sign was on the door... asked on the last night not to be disturbed the next morning as i wasnt well.... again 9am...
I complained and wasnt met with much customer service... eventually the manager did say we could stay in the room for late check out....
most waiters were rude.... food was very basic and quite a few people had bad stomachs....
shop staff were lovely as was Patti the entertainment but the actual entertainment was bad... the lady singers both sounded like cats being strangled...
the beach was rocky and not nice... the whole place needs updating and definitely not worth the 4 star review...
would not come again

We stayed at the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel for 3 nights while attending a wedding nearby. We had high hopes for this hotel based on online reviews and photos, but our experience turned out to be a real mix of highs and lows.

Pros:
• Entertainment & Staff (Patti especially): The highlight of our stay was the entertainment team—Patti was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, energetic, and always something going on throughout the day to keep guests entertained.

• All-Inclusive Perks: Even though we were half-board, we were pleasantly surprised to find that drinks were included throughout the day, along with lunch and dinner.

• Air Conditioning: The air con in the room worked perfectly—cold and consistent.

• Quiet Room: Our side-facing room was peaceful at night.

• Pool Area: The pool was a good size, clean, and well-maintained.

• Location: Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk to a strip of restaurants and shops.

Cons:
• Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues: Upon arrival after a long journey, we were shocked to find ants all over our room. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist was cold and dismissive. It took three separate requests and finally speaking to the manager before we were moved. The new room still had ants in the bathroom and was generally tired and dated. We found dead ants in the bed and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

• Bedding & Comfort: The bed had only a very thin sheet and one pillow per person.

• Food & Hygiene: The food itself was okay, but the hygiene was concerning—dirty plates and flies all over the buffet made meals quite unappetising.

• Gym: The gym is outdated, dark, and most of the equipment either doesn’t work or doesn’t turn on properly.

• Customer Service: The customer service was unfortunately quite poor. On more than one occasion, including when we requested a late checkout, the female receptionist was rude and unhelpful. It made for some very awkward interactions, which put a damper on our stay.

Final Thoughts:
While there are some definite positives—especially the entertainment, pool, and location—the overall experience did not live up to a 4-star standard. We’d rate it more as a 2/3star. It might be fine for a short stay or attending an event in the area, but we wouldn’t recommend it for a longer holiday.

Place as a whole was perfect , the bar staff were excellent and a laugh. The entertainment couldn’t have been any better thanks to Patti , Marios and the other additional staff that helped .

Amazing location, nice walking distance to beach and strip, lovely big pool (very deep). Room was up to standard and housekeeping came daily. Staff were friendly for the most part and were happy to answer questions. Food was a bit disappointing but this could be personal preference. Entertainment was good and activities held around the pool throughout the day with performances at night. Patti, one of the animators was especially friendly and welcoming, making a conscious effort to come and speak to us each day, showing genuine interest in both the role and the guests. If you’re looking for a cheaper option, this is the place.
