Maz was a great entertainment. She was always including everyone and getting everyone involved. Made us all laugh enjoyed each activity we were involved. She was very approachable and friendly. always has something nice to say and had a smile on her face. Would go back to see her again.

This was our 1st stay at this hotel, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we stepped through the front entrance, we felt very welcome. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay a very pleasant one. The Ascos is designed with glass walls in reception areas, offering all who stay a fantastic view of its beautiful, very large pool that wraps around the hotel and has a convenient bridge over it giving easy access to pool bar from all sides . The backdrop is the outstanding views of palm trees and the ocean . Even at the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds and a bar for refreshments on hand. Our room had a double balcony, and we were on the west side of the hotel overlooking villas and sea in the distance. The sun shone on this balcony all day, so lush to lay out and sunbath or enjoy the morning cuppa . Tea coffee facilities in room. Full air conditioning is much appreciated as we had 30 degrees most days . Very comfortable bed and spacious room with good size unit and wardrobe . The hair dryer was available, and pool towels were provided. Excellent maid service room kept lovely and clean fresh towels for the bathroom throughout our stay . The food was amazing. Every meal had extensive choices from catering for all. Fresh veg and fruit daily . Meat , fish, and vegetable options . Desserts to die for plenty of choice . All staff across all roles in the hotel were polite and attentive, ensuring we had the best holiday ever . Whether you are a single, couples, or family holiday makers the Ascos is a very welcoming , safe environment to holiday in. There is a small shop within the hotel, and it's packed with all you could wish for or need. Again, the staff that ran it went out of their way to take care of us . Town is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. Offering plenty of gift shops pubs restaurants icecream palour, etc . Very friendly atmosphere 100% would recommend this hotel & I do intend to return there again in the future as it has a place in my heart ❤️

We have loved this hotel...the location..the staff were amazing and the food was varied too..My husband is coeliac, they accommodated him really well..special mention to Loretta on Reception..she was always so helpful and smiley..Will definitely return

5th time to the Ascos. Comfortable and clean..more than enough choice of food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Not too busy and weather was 27° entertainment was not great but we didn't go for that .Close to the main drag of coral beach. Bars and restaurants for alternative drinks and food... definitely going again next year

Hotel is looking very tired and needs some money spent on it. The food was great and the location is brilliant. The entertainment team was only one person due to the time of year and the hotel closing for winter, however Max was always friendly and helpful, always making the time to talk to us, she helped make our holiday so memorable.

Had a great holiday. Weather has been amazing with highs of 27. Food seems like it’s served all day and lots to choose from as well. We were there 10 days and never got bored with food.
Rooms basic, but clean.
5 min walk to restaurants and bars.
20-15 min walk to the beautiful coral beach, soft sand and two beds and a parasol only € 7.50
Also regular buses to the harbour and pathos town centre.

Don't be put off by an odd bad review this hotel is really nice and good value nice rooms,pools fantastic and foods good.It has a bar down near the sea its a short walk to the strip restaurants and bars the only thing if I was being picky is the entertainment wasn't brilliant.

Maz has been amazing during our time at Ascos, she has made sure to accommodate activities such as bingo to all guests of different languages and has got everyone involved in all sorts of games and activities. We had great fun doing aqua aerobics and have had a good laugh with maz every night. She is amazing at entertainment and shows enjoyment in her job.

Maz is a fantastic entertainer who accommodates for every one. Very easy to chat to and makes sure that everyone is having a great time .. she got us all involved with the aqua aerobics and bingo at night. 5* to maz for making our time at the hotel amazing.

we had the best experience staying here. the entertainment was brilliant. Marz was amazing keeping the guests engaged always and bringing a real vibe to the hotel. couldn't recommend her enough .

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in been here 5 days had no sleep as the noise is absolutely awful,the food is the worst it’s warmed up an smells vile the room still hasn’t been brushed or the beds changed and it’s 5 days in never been to a hotel that the pool area doesn’t get disinfectant near it the flys and bird droppings are disgusting I’m so glad I never brought my son here it’s the worst place I’ve stayed in will never come here or advise anyone to come here the chairs on balcony cut your legs aswell I watched a waitress clean the table with her hands not a cloth in sight

The hotel was overall very good,
lovely balcony view,
The staff were very helpful,
Decent size pool,
But.. the food, especially breakfast very repetitive.
The entertainment was ok. If you wanna hear the birdie song and ymca while laying in the sun.
Overall we enjoyed a decent break away.

Maz was fab. Loved the aqua aerobics, darts, archery and bingo/ entertainment. Would have given 5/5 but no option avail

All staff couldn’t do enough to help. However, Maz made this holiday! She makes you feel like she has known you forever and gave me a sense of belonging at the hotel.
I am not one for participating in hotel activities but Maz made sure everyone was included. What a pro!
She goes over and above to make sure guests have the best experience. Even when it came down to re-positioning the garden sprinkler whilst in full operation to prevent a continual 40 second compulsory shower . (We have the video evidence to back it up!)
We arrived thinking this would be a one time only holiday and are leaving ready to re-book!

All the staff were very friendly, Maz made us feel very welcome & always made Time for us . She made our time spent @ Ascos very special

Maz the entertainer was fab! Super funny, enthusiastic and got everyone involved. Hotel is great and the pool is nice and big.

Hotel was fine but staff robbed money from the kids and 2 tablets one from me and my daughters.the day we were leaving mine was robbed while at breakfast.my daughters tablet two days before and money well bit by bit was taken so we dont know.also another family with us they had money taken from the room .
We email Hotel and they did nothing.i wouldn't go back there again.i have never written a review about a hotel in my life just sad it went like this
