Pros:

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of people in for their sailors graduation at Great Lakes and they kept the place moving and clean! Definitely a great experience here.

Cons:

Aside from loud rowdy visitors at night (which is not the hotels fault at all), just rough towels I guess... nothing more :)

Centrally Located Hotel
Pros:

The hotel provided a very pleasant and clean environment, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. This hotel truly made us feel welcome as new Navy families and sailors. Following bootcamp graduation, they graciously provided a small lunch for everyone.

Cons:

My sole concern was that the window shade in my room appeared to be jammed or entangled, preventing it from lowering, which resulted in the room being illuminated by daylight at dawn.

Pros:

I like everything about it. It was nice and clean. The people was very nice. I love that. Did the pool area the fitness area it was wonderful. I really enjoyed myself. My plane was canceled. We had to go and stay at another place that I didn’t like and it feel very uncomfortable, but I would like to see. I really felt comfortable at your place. Thank you very much.
