Staff friendly and accommodating, however as stated above, these issues were concerning. room
Pros:

Cons:

AC unit dials broken, Could not adjust fans and room temp. Not enough towels upon arrival for three people. Room smelled musty, hot tub in pool area not working staff in the breakfast area dropped cups and lids on the floor when cleaning the coffee station and instead of throwing them away, pick them up without glove hands and put them back on the stacks for people to use.

Pros:

It was quiet but had to walk very far to get to an elevator to take to my room

Cons:

At the check in, the person didn't direct us to the elevator which was on the other side of the building. I am 75 years old and it was hard for me dragging my bag
