Modern bright convenient
All the staff were amazing, very knowledgeable and courteous. The location was quiet and relaxing and I loved that they provided life vests for the guests to use.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast hostess was my favorite staff member always greeted you with a smile and was very customer service accommodating. I enjoyed all amenities and felt safe and comfortable during the entire visit.
Our mattress was difficult to adjust to. It was like sleeping in a taco. Because my husband couldn't get comfortable on the mattress he decided to sleep on the lounger. We had to make a request for a extra blanket twice before it was delivered.

Nothing stated on the website or otherwise that the spa was under renovation. It’s like the staff were baffled to find it it wasn’t in service
