Everything was wonderful!!!
Clean, good location
Room needed updating, refreshing, minor repairs. Also the a/c did not cool the entire room. And the curtains did not fully close.
Rogers, AR Double Queen, with living room. The bed was very comfortable. Our son enjoyed having his our space in the living room since his is 13. We enjoyed our stay
We had a pair of shoes that were stolen out of our room. Our son got married that weekend so we had our outfits out. When we got dressed the next morning, my Husband shoes weren’t there. They were new in a box. The first room they put us in already has somebody in it there was food on the dresser and untied shoes on the floor. We open the door and my husband said someone’s here and turned around and left.
Quiet and clean.
No problems
Me and my husband spent 1 night and have to admit it was an excellent stay.
Room was spacious, extremely clean, so was bathroom. Walking distance from the venue where Bob Dylan played his show.
Nice and big parking lot. Only cons was that hotel bar was closed that night and ice machine was out of order.
We will definitely be back there. Highly recommend
Great hotel, friendly desk staff for both check in and check out. Hot breakfast, lots of variety. Large clean rooms and amazing water pressure
This is a very nice Hotel. The only downside was temperature of water in swimming pool. Bed was comfortable, room was large. Breakfast was very good.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House Bentonville in Rogers, Arkansas. The hotel was very quiet and accommodating to guests. It is also centrally located to several restaurants, a shopping plaza, movie theater and a mega church. The one thing that surprised me was that there was not a kitchenette. I did bring some food to cook (as I usual do at Hyatt Houses), but our room only had a fridge and microwave, which proved to be very helpful too.
A clear employee stand out was Ms. Kathy in the kitchen during the breakfast hours. This woman is a saint. Every morning she would greet us and we actually looked forward to seeing her each day of our stay. She would tell us what would be on the menu for the following morning and spent time just chatting and being super pleasant. She would also take our plates when we finished too. One day I mentioned that I like to have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch. The next day, she had my take away box ready for me, completely unprompted. To all Hyatt corporates….”Kathy’s” are the people on your staff that make the guest experience wonderful and carry out your brand with exceptional excellence. Kathy did make a significant positive contribution to our 4th of July holiday vacation. She didn’t even seem phased in the slightest that she was working on a federal holiday. What a total sweetie pie!
The breakfast was very good and more than adequate.
Terrible hotel. Foul mildew and cigarette smell throughout the Hotel especially in the room. The lighting in the room is terrible and dull. Your room feels dark and eerie. The sofa was disgusting and stained with red and whit stains. Not sure. I asked for a new room and was given another room with the same foul smell and stained sofa. Shut the Hotel down and remodel. The TV capability is only cable. You cannot stream off the old TV.
Unfortunately the desk clerk wasn't trained properly and was having issues with making room keys. She had to walk us up to our room and manually let us in. I did not get a room key until after breakfast and we was going up to gather our stuff to checkout.
