Cons:

Check in was 3:00, we had to wait as we were told the room was not cleaned yet. Finally at 4;00 the room was ready l. Last time we stayed at this location the same thing happened. Based on this we won't be staying again!!

The place is trash — in a good location. Don’t let this place fool you. Don’t book here.
Pros:

Nothing — I paid for a stay, when I didn’t even stay, because it was unacceptable accommodations.

And this comes from a dude that grew up in a trailer.

Cons:

Unacceptable accommodations. Advertises hot tub, bar/grill. NOT A SINGLE THING WORKS OR IS OPEN. But don’t worry — they still stole my money after I arrived for check in and they couldn’t accommodate our expectations upon booking.

Disgusted
Pros:

I didn’t. My staff was here for a convention and the room was dirty. They found used tampons in the room.

Cons:

We were also told this room would have a pull out and it did not.
The staff immediately told me that the restaurant was closed because the bar tender quit. The breakfast didn’t have a forks or spoons. Overall horrible experience.

if you pay for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch I expect the couch to not be broken.
Pros:

The location was really good and the room rate was pretty good for 1 night.

Cons:

We found trash under the coffee table that was not ours and I paid for a room with 2 beds and the pull out couch and the couch was broken. Had a sign on it that said "do not pull out"

It's really the only place I'll stay at in the Bentonville/Rogers area. It's close to everything and the rooms are big and comfortable.

Very Accommodating Hotel
Pros:

Excellent experience. The young ladies manning the front desk during my two-night stay were excellent--pleasant, polite, and very helpful. A good reflection on local hotel management. The breakfasts were excellent, the ice machine conveniently located, and the lobby and hallways were ventilated with some kind of pleasant air freshener. I had to have some minor surgery at the local Mercy-Rogers Hospital, so this hotel (closest hotel to the hospital) made this easier to deal with.

Pros:

Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Pool water was too cold. Excited children struggled to utilize the pool for any length of time. Hot tub was inoperable.
