Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Repeated positive mentions: rooms, bathrooms, pool and hot tub described as clean; guests consistently note 'very clean' or 'clean and comfortable.'
Service
9.3
Majority of reviews praise friendly, helpful and welcoming staff (breakfast attendant singled out). A small number note a rude check-in clerk, so overall excellent but not perfect.
Location
9.3
Several guests call it a great or good location; only minor note about limited/tight parking given the area.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as clean, comfortable and spacious; occasional comments about beds being a bit firm for some and slippery tub surfaces / shower mats needed.
Amenities
9.4
Breakfast buffet repeatedly praised and well-stocked; pool and hot tub used and enjoyed (one report of a cooler-than-normal pool); TV options noted positively.
Value for Money
8.8
Most guests felt the stay was good value, but one explicit complaint about an unexpected $40 extra charge lowered this category slightly.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Breakfast repeatedly described as wonderful, stocked, awesome and yummy with good selection (eggs, bacon, potatoes); staff serving breakfast praised.
Overall Experience
10
Overall overwhelmingly positive stays, many guests saying they'd stay again and highlighting friendly staff, cleanliness and strong breakfast experience.

Crater Lake Visit
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the lady who handled the breakfast area was amazing, even when other guests were being difficult for no reason. Beds were a little hard, but that could also be personal preference. Our daughter had fun and enjoyed the stay.

Pros:

Great stay, good location and nice hotel. Elevators need so repairs as they shudder quite a bit when stopping. Also could use mats in the shower as the tub is quite slippery.
