Crater Lake Visit

The staff was friendly and the lady who handled the breakfast area was amazing, even when other guests were being difficult for no reason. Beds were a little hard, but that could also be personal preference. Our daughter had fun and enjoyed the stay.

Staff members were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and stocked. Our room was fresh, clean and comfortable. TV options great. Other than a cooler than normal pool, a great stay!

Great stay, good location and nice hotel. Elevators need so repairs as they shudder quite a bit when stopping. Also could use mats in the shower as the tub is quite slippery.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, and the best part was the staff who were kind, helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond!!! From check in to check out, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!
