It was easy to access from Highway. So clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Nice bed and showers. The best breakfast!!! Truly enjoyed our stay

Pros:

It was clean and liked the room me and my little son stayed in.

Cons:

The front desk lady didn’t give no “hello” and when she asked my last name it was in a cold manner. It wasn’t till after 5 minutes of cold interaction she started to be somewhat nice, I didn’t want to interact with a fake person.

Pros:

The room was very clean and it was super accommodating. The hallways were clean and quiet. And the breakfast was amazing. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. The parking lot was a bit small, but overall the stay was amazing! This was our first time at Staybridge and it will not be our last.

Pros:

Wonderful room, spacious, quiet and the best beds and pillows. We had to catch the airport shuttle from the hotel at 4.45am and it was there, waiting for us. Excellent.

Got to the motel to check in and was told my reservation was canceled. I had to go look for another motel because they were full.

Thought there was going to be an issue at first but turned out better than expected
Pros:

It was clean and well maintained. Quiet even for being so close to the airport !

Cons:

The original front desk person that I dealt with acted like she didn’t want to take my information, luckily another lady that was on duty arrived and took over the check-in process. The Second Lady was super nice.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the layout of our 2-bedroom with additional living space and kitchen. We had everything we needed and it was clean and stocked like an apartment. We did have a problem with the A/C not working good in our room on the first day and they quickly gave us another equivalent room to move to. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great too. Also, we took advantage of the free laundry room and washed our clothes. We would definitely stay here in the future if we come back to Albuquerque. A bonus is the hotel is very close to the airport and rental car depot.
