Everything about the hotel was very nice. Ate breakfast this morning and the waitress was rude. Said she was very busy to bring us more coffee. There were 6 of us and the gratuity was added. She was not worthy of it. Rolled her eyes at one person in our party. The restaurant was not that busy. Maybe 5 tables beside ours. Two people at each table.

Great location and easy parking. This hotel is walkable to all the Main Street restaurants, shops and Olympic museum. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and great location. Rooms are decent but starting to show wear and tear in the main hotel building.

Lovely place.. very walkable. Our rooms with balconies were perfect to have a view of the changing leaves. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food at restaurants was terrific.

We loved the location over Mirror Lake and the easy and free parking. We did not like that the room had no safe, and that we could not leave a day earlier than the four nights we had reserved, even though we had not booked a nonrefundable rate.

We loved our room but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Of course because we had been out during the day we didn’t find this out until 10:00 pm when we were back from dinner and tired. The maintenance man arrived promptly and tried to fix it. He told us it was fixed but it wouldn’t even flush a single sheet of toilet paper. We ended up using the bathroom at the end of the hall. This was a waterfront room which was otherwise quite nice. To compensate us, all that was offered was to remove the $25 resort fee, which I don’t feel was adequate for a room as expensive as that.

We did not have a lake view.
We were disappointed we had an obstructed view of the courtyard. Also my room was near the lobby and passersby were loud. Otherwise we move this resort.

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Easy parking. Just around the corner from the main street of shops and restaurants and also the beautiful lake. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer.
