The hotel was well kept up but the best thing about this place is the hospitality. The property manager is just amazing.
The room I was in was nice and quiet
The service could have been better
The bedding was stained profusely, the lighting was poor, all surfaces dingy (like a heavy smoker had lived there for years), and no hot water for two of the days stayed. Although the pool was clean, the bottom was rusted. The food was good and staff friendly.

The staff were very friendly. And the location was exactly what we needed. And the price was good.
Our room, while cool enough, was musty and the carpet was dirty. The hot tub was also very dirty. The towels were clean but very thin bear in places.

Loved the walk in shower
The people next to me screamed at each other u til 2:30 am. And the air co dictions is soooo loud it kept waking me up
Front desk was super friendly with every need attended too.
Excellent customer service
With the exception of disposing of a large insect in the bathroom, everything was within satisfaction. The room charge was higher when I reserved on my phone than when walking in. Not right!

Good breakfast comfortable beds and great staff. The location was great right off the highway close to shopping staff recommended great restaurants in town.
Breakfast had a number of choices and was kept well stocked during breakfast time. The buffet area was kept neat and clean as well. This is not an all inclusive list as I may have forgotten items, coffee, tea, milk, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, and bagels or toast.
