I did not expect to pay for breakfast, nice touch to be catered. The facility was nice.
Was expecting the room to be be cleaned, but when she staff told that they clean every other day, it was ok since she brought up fresh washcloths and towels and emptyed the cans.
Location
No coffee, no breakfast, and rude morning staff. The bathroom needs ceiling work. Toilet is at height for a kindergartener.
Didn't get breakfast, but the location was fine.
I had to wait to check in because the people behind the desk was too busy playing on their phone & showing each other pictures/videos. Then someone else was just sitting around in the back. They pretty much ignore me until I clear my throat.
Nothing.
The whirlpool was broken which is the only reason I booked this hotel and then the floor I was on smelled really bad.
We stay in this hotel during winter because it has the warmest heated pool. Lobby is very nice as well.
This hotel is in bad need of renovation. It’s in an embarrassing shape for a Hilton.
This hotel was disgusting from the moment I walked in. There was mold growing on the shower walls around the counters, and the desk, carpet smelled like mildew and rot, and the entire room reeked of mold. It was honestly hard to breathe inside.
I don’t know how this place is allowed to operate in these conditions — it’s completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. Clearly, the staff or management doesn’t care about basic cleanliness or guest safety. Do not stay here unless you want to risk getting sick or losing your money.
Stay at your own risk. Went with a group and had 5-10 rooms at the hotel. EVERYONE had issues. Some rooms had no towels and some had wet towels folded as if clean and when asking the front desk they had no clean towels to offer even the rooms that had none. One group was locked out of there room for 1.5 hours with no help from the one person at the desk when the lock was broken as he had no idea how to get them in the room and did nothing for over an hour. One person was even told there was no maintenance avaialbe unitl the next day to get them back in the room which contained their luggage, car keys, and epi pens. This was 10:30 at night with kids in the hall that needed to go to bed. Not to mention the rooms smell musty and moldy and have visible mold in the bathrooms. You also might have to borrow a hair dryer from another room as they don't all have them and certainly the desk has no extra. Hilton shoudl be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.
I had a poor experience here. We had high school girls being locked out of their room in their swim suits due to malfunctioning lock. The one staff member in the hotel was not at all apologetic nor was he helpful until forced. He said there was no maintenance man on site and there was no manager. Eventually he called someone and they talked him through getting the door open. This took well over an hour because he said he felt threatened and this 5’ 2” female was acting aggressively toward a 6’3” male. He also made accusations about us being racist toward him-never mind we had a black female staying with us. It was a very frustrating experience. The following morning our neighbor had to borrow our hair dryer because their room didn’t have one. I had to go downstairs to try and get towels for the shower because we didn’t have any. No one was at the desk. There was a sign saying they were helping another customer. I finally got towels from another neighbor. This was our experience. With the exception of a very nice and friendly bar person, we had a very poor experience. We are in Clarksville frequently and need several rooms but we won’t choose this place again.
Clean room
I had a nice stay, clean and comfortable. Only issue was I booked this place because it had a pool and hot tub - but the hot tub was drained/not working.
