Staff and Bartender were Excellent but no pool and everything was being worked on.
Pool was not in working order and that was the main reason we reserved the room.
Location was easy to access.
Cleanliness.
This inn is undergoing complete remodeling, so ask for a completed room. It's easy to get to- located off I 24 exit 4- and there are a lot of restaurants very close. There's adequate parking, even with the construction trailers. Some of their amenities are closed, so ask. The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant. The remodeled rooms are good size with lots of storage. The a/c is NOT controlled on the wall & is aggravatingly slow to respond. Although there are many lights, they are all very dim; certainly not good for reading. Also, if you specifically want your room in a certain area of the hotel, call the hotel. We actually had to downgrade our room type to be towards the end of the floor. However, it did seem quiet everywhere.
Not much
Pillows are horrible.
I made reservations for us and another couple. Upon check in we both provided our credit cards but the lady had a very difficult time with this and ended up charging both rooms to my card and then blamed it on us.
Breakfast was not good, especially for the money. Waitress would not supply a larger glass for milk or juice without "charging more for it". So 15 trips to the buffet with small glasses to get enough to drink. Ridiculous
Very nice and clean Hotel. We have never stayed in Clarksville and we would recommend this hotel for any travers. The location is quit. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar that was large and clean. The employees were very nice and friendly also. Would recommend.
Clean comfortable great staff
Too far from fort Campbell
Stayed three nights and received no points!!!
Sorry way to do business
After spending what I spent for three nights least I could have would be points !!!
And to top it off … used none of the $50 incidental addition to my bill… charged anyway!!!!
Crooked
The location was great and rooms were clean , everything up to date . A little frustrating to get wifi
The location was great. It was only 10 minutes from my family, and right by the highway and restaurants.
I called the day before my arrival to request early check in and the lady told me everything she couldn't do. I had to call the 1 800 number to speak with someone in reservation that helped me with the early check in and notated the reservation account. After speaking with the representative, we found that I have a Hilton Members account. However the supposedly manager did not discover that because she was too busy being rude, since she thought I was a basic customer that booked online.
We arrived in the evening and didn't want to go out to eat so we decided to try eating on site. First off, our server (Samantha) was absolutely delightful and very attentive. I had the Brisket Stuffed Grilled Cheese and it was without a doubt - fantastic. The chef's name was Steven and he really knocked it out of the park with this one.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was frustrated by the overall experience. The property is currently undergoing renovations, and it severely impacted the quality of my stay from the moment I arrived.
Construction storage and work vehicles are currently taking up the vast majority of the main parking lot. If you plan on arriving later in the evening, be warned: there may be absolutely nowhere to park on the property, and you might be forced to park your car in a sketchy gravel lot next door.
The room itself left a lot to be desired. It was incredibly dark —even with every single lamp turned on, it was hard to see properly. Beyond the poor lighting, several basic amenities were missing or broken:
- No Coffee: The coffee maker in my room was completely non-functional. When I went down to the lobby hoping to grab a cup there instead, the coffee station was entirely empty.
- Useless TV: The television in the room didn't have cable, nor did it have the ability to connect to any streaming services or Wi-Fi, making it essentially a large paperweight.
I understand that hotels need to update their properties, but they shouldn't compromise basic guest comfort and amenities in the process. Until the construction is finished and management fixes these fundamental issues, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay.
The location was good.
The grounds were a mess. I have a dog (that I had to pay 75.00 for)and we walked outside and it was a mess.
