There was a LOUD noise that kept me up from 12:30 am until 2:30 am. Also, the bathroom was filthy and had pubic hair.

The place is fantastic with a few extra people it would be even better
Pros:

The front dest lady was fantastic she made me very comfortable ive got the worst anxiety, the pool was warm and the water pressure was fantastic in the shower, the room had plenty of space ( almost had to bring my toddler so was worried about that) love the coffee pot its for more than one cup and thats fantastic.

Cons:

The pool area didnt have towels so we had to ask also when we got out it was freezing....im kinda glad my toddler wasn't with us but also make sure people follow the rules there was kids that was jumping right next to us even tho there was plenty of space and diving in the middle which could have been deep enough for the kid but still not safe.

Pros:

I loved that it had an indoor pool for my 5 year old son. The staff was nice, the room was huge and very clean.

Cons:

The pool was supposed to be heated, it was very cold, the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast was very plain and not but like 3 choices so not a very good variety. Just disappointed because that is the only hotel with an indoor pool in that town.

Pros:

My son has a small quaint birthday party here . We enjoyed ourselves (were locals) . All of the staff was great. From checking in to breakfast. You can tell everyone enjoys there job . Will be back.

Great location, indoor was great choice!
Pros:

Location is perfect!
Indoor is was a best choice in choosing hotel during non seasonal stay. Staff was nice at PM check-in, staff at breakfast, were hard to speak too, unapproachable and just stared at you hoping you wouldn’t ask them anything.

Cons:

The beds were broken & sneaked with every little move & very loud. ( #223)Couldn’t sleep, was stuck in a hole, our entire stay.

Neighbors above us stomped and jumped all day/night. (Some noise is expected being under another floor, but this was excessive & no one in our two rooms could sleep bc of the noise)

Easy to access. Plenty of parking and comfortable room. Nice lobby
Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional and took care of any of our request quickly and efficiently. It was nice to not have to walk up or down stairs. The pool looked lovely and the general surroundings were nice. We will definitely stay there again when we come back into town.
