It was adequate for me.
Pros:

It was close to where I wanted to be, thus that adds to the value.

Cons:

The WiFI was unavailable in my room. My roommate (see photo) was not overly friendly.

Great value without breaking the bank
Pros:

Exceptional room and service without spending a fortune. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub. Sofa in the separate living area had a hideaway bed. Great value for the cost.

Cons:

We didn't have coffee filters in our room and the smart TV couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. Trivial complaints really. Didn't affect our stay or experience.

Pros:

It was in the area we wanted to be. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The bed wasn't comfortable and squeaked every time you move. The water pressure in the shower was really weak. The water in the sink would not get warm. There was white matter around one of the lights in the bathroom. It just needs updating and maintenance.

The WORST stay I have ever had through booking!!! This was just absolutely disgusting of a stay. The ac unit just stunk

It was a great location in Eureka Springs. Since we travel there a lot, wanted to give this Super 8 by Wyndham a try!!!!

Cons:

Where to start….
1) we could not get the sink to drain… SLOW drain.
2) roaches and potato bugs in bathroom floor
3) toilet was not clean… had to clean it myself!!!
4) stains (big black) on the bed comforter.
5) Non Smoking room was very SMOKED IN!!!
6) We returned after going out for a few hours… could not get TV changed off of weather channel.
7) Office was closed with a note that had a phone number listed to call but nobody answered it!!! No way to leave a voicemail either!!!

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Decent price. Decent location and easy to get in and out of. Clean.

Cons:

Property definitely needs some updates and repairs. The hot tub was out of order for our stay and the pool was very cloudy so we didn’t use it.

Worst I've ever seen
Pros:

Cons:

The room had a bad odor they wouldn't give us another room when I addressed the about the odor and brought a can of room spray sprayed it and left the can of spray for us to use .

There was a lot of small stuff in the bathtub and noticed a white something white under the bed looked under and it was a white form cup and something else under I was not touching anything but that shows the room had not been clean like it should have been
Refrigerator worked but it had odor as well

I will not recommend that Super 8 to anyone.

It was a terrible place to stay

2nd shift workers said we could not give us another room because I went to a 3rd party
We reported it to the day shift workers I told them I asked for another room and night shift sad they couldn't but the day shift said she could have gave us another room.

It was the worst place I ever stayed and will not ever stay there again .
