Good.
Pros:

Reception staff very helpful.

Cons:

Road noise at the front of the hotel. I asked to be moved to a room in the back section which was much better.
Wi fi poor in rooms at the far end of corridors (but there is a wired ethernet socket in the room).

looks good inside, but lots of problems
Pros:

front of house staff

the look of the hotel once inside

Cons:

net curtains in the room were falling off the curtain hooks
door did not lock properly
door chain broken
no glass for water in the room
no plug for the sink
the hose for the shower was disintegrating
there was no remote for the TV



overall it was pretty poor - looks like the housekeeping/ maintenance staff are completely disengaged

other guests seem to have similar problems

Clean, great location away from Coventry and Leamington.
Pros:

Clean room. Beds very acceptable. Reception busy so we had to wait a while for a TV remote control to be supplied. I then had 'sign in' for the hotel's WiFi to. Reception guy polite and apologetic.
