Ideal location, good facilities and lovely staff
Pros:

Ideal location and very comfortable

Cons:

Just the mattress the springs were sticking through but I did mention it when I left

Good value for money and clean room.
Pros:

Great location for my needs. Room was fairly quiet and plenty of parking. Clean room and modern bathroom. Friendly staff on checking and checkout. Good value and wifi worked.

Cons:

Hallways were a bit outdated and bar was closed. Tv did not have standard channels.

Cons:

Beds very uncomfortable join bad thin duvet curtains hanging off hooks fans and heater in room and bathroom full of dust, shower frame dirty. Shower round grout dirty and in need of re doing. No plug in sink , extremely noisy fan .

Good value for a budget one-night business stay - excellent staff!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, and well presented room and facilities.

Cons:

The decor in the corridors was a little dated and the layout was slightly challenging to navigate.

Room was tiny, breakfast was crap, room was noisy, bathroom was in a poor state, the hotel in general is in a poor state and requires alot of remedial work to bring it in to a good standard, the you'll need to employ a chef that can cook...

Nice clean rooms and helpful staff on site.
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom facilities were clean and tidy

Cons:

A chair in the room would have been helpful. In addition we were not told in reception that we could book breakfast the following morning. We were told there was a restaurant on site but there were no menus to look at in reception or the rooms. In fact there was no literature at all on what was available in the local area. Fortunately we were able to look at this through Google but it would have been nice to information readily available

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Bar closed, restaurant closing early didn’t serve alcohol-not in any information. Ground floor room with open windows and noise from men outside (single female) shut the windows but still noisy although not late.

Very basic hotel, definitely a case of you get what you pay for
Pros:

The hotel is in easy reach of Warwick and Birmingham
The reception staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Our room was really cold as window didn’t fit the frame very well. Bedding was minimal and mattress not very comfortable. Bath towel was dirty. Tv remote is kept in reception, you have to ask for that.
Hotel is/has been undergoing refurbishment. No alcohol license so just soft drinks are served. Food really wasn’t good, basic frozen food not done very well
