Wi fi not working
Not happy with family swimming pool not any Security

Door locking system getting old... Stuck multiple times.
Nothing about the property
It was unclean. Rooms were bad.
Rooms and washrooms were not neat. Wc and wash basin area were not tidy
Breakfast was good.
Bar Manager Mr Narendra Singh and one server a Sikkimese girl was excellent.
I tried to contact Hotel telephonically before arrival, but nobody bothered to pick up or call back. Very very poor response.
Reception on arrival was very poor. The girl manning the counter was kind of multitasking paying little attention to us and did not brief us either about the wifi or other facilities entitled to us.

Location is excellent. Mr Ravindra did an excellent job providing us a pleasant stay. But the food quantity is less according to the price. I hope the price will set as normal middle class people also come. I hope this issue will be resolved the next time I'll come

The facility is definitely good & food was nice with good varieties in 3 days. The travel agent in the hotel gave a good driver while covering almost all part of Jaipur city in 3 days.
The club twin room was small for 3 of us. Could have suggested a spacious room. We had a 3 day stay and requested an early check in & check out which was not considered & I was charged for 4 days.WiFi was slow at times.
