staff was great
small room for the money
Location was great. House keeping did a great job. Staff was nice.
Didn't think it was fair to have to pay $35 for parking at the hotel. (Thank God there was a parking garage next door). And I truly feel as if breakfast should be complimentary too the room.
Nothing.
I got double booked, Aloft would not provide a refund, I list $500. I was in Minneapolis because I had an appointment at the VA. I can't afford that kind of loss. Expedia tried to get it back, Aloft wouldn't budge.
Convenient; short walk to Guthrie Theater.
For the price you get a room, no breakfast. I thought I paid $10 extra for a breakfast when I booked through Booking.com. Staff said no; all good is alacarte (expensive but good enough).
I loved the location of the property. We stayed for a Vikings game and it was ideal.
Our outlets didn’t work, our tv didn’t work, the sheets were rough. We asked for towel Monday morning and left about a hour and a half later, still never got towels. Staff Monday morning was rude and inattentive. Staff Saturday and Sunday night were fine though. Room was very small.
The location to the stadium, it was clean, the staff was friendly. The bar was cheap and convient for staying in on a cold night. Loved sitting my the outdoor fire place. We enjoyed playing family games in the lobby. 12/10 experience
The only “complaint” would be after the Vikings game the wait for the elevator was extremely long and we walked around and were unable to find stairs. I’m sure they’re there but they aren’t conviently marked
It was close to the stadium
No breakfast included in stay, you have to pay extra to park there, overpriced
