The apartment has great views and the location is excellent, however the restrictions around facility access were very disappointing. Certain facilities, such as the tennis court, cannot be used outside staffed hours due to “safety reasons”, which doesn’t make much sense when the pool remains open during the same unstaffed periods.
Considering the premium price paid for these apartments, you would expect full and reasonable access to the advertised facilities. Unfortunately, it feels like you are paying luxury prices without actually being able to fully enjoy what is included. Overall, quite disappointing and not great value for the cost.
Hours of the facilities and being rudely spoken to at the pool saying it was closing at 1930- cause the guy had been up since 0500am and he was tried. At over $500 a night this accom is not worth the price.
The views, apartment interior design and layout, the location.
The beds were a bit too soft. The couch in front of tv is a bit narrow.
The location is great.
No fly screens, so you can have the doors open. Also I had a lot of trouble getting out of the boom gate at top of ramp.
Location & view perfect.18th floor. Stayed for elderly mothers 93rd birthday:) very easy access from carpark( also has loading zone from basement B2 space at entry door, then 1 secured space & all off apartment, able to move with walker from room to bathroom, one shower in main room easy& large, could have also use the plastic balcony chair,she loved the view. Pleasant stay thanks:)
Pity the air-conditioning unit is not in a higher position, holds heat on verandah & ugly in view.
The view was exceptional, the unit was clean, very comfortable and clean and orderly.

The apartment and its location is fabulous. The apartment itself, pool and gym and common areas are immaculately clean.
The signage is easy to understand. The front staff are amazing - very friendly and exceptionally professional.

The door between bathroom and bedroom was not soundproof, nor did it shut properly. This was difficult when sharing with people we didn’t know so well
View / location
Checkin delayed, not advised when room was ready. After waiting more than 3 hours for a text that the room was ready we finally wandered back to reception to wait there, only to find that reception closed early without advising us our room was ready and they had dumped our bag of valuables (left with them for safekeeping) on the lobbey floor. Luckily no-one took the bag. After accessing the after hour lock box we were only provided with one key for an aprtment with 4 people and had to change our arrangements the next day for someone to double back from our activities to collect second key as our day's activities started before and ended after their limited office hours. Servise all very friendly but poor standard.
