We had a relaxed and good time
Pros:

Proximity to shops, beach and competition arena. The views were fantastic

Cons:

The room was looking a bit tired.

The door between bathroom and bedroom was not soundproof, nor did it shut properly. This was difficult when sharing with people we didn’t know so well

Beautiful stay in our apartment with stunning views.
Pros:

Fantastic view of the ocean, clean apartment and close to all shops. Woolworths downs stairs super convenient!!

Checkin staff friendly but incompetent and no care for our bag of valuables left with them.

Cons:

Checkin delayed, not advised when room was ready. After waiting more than 3 hours for a text that the room was ready we finally wandered back to reception to wait there, only to find that reception closed early without advising us our room was ready and they had dumped our bag of valuables (left with them for safekeeping) on the lobbey floor. Luckily no-one took the bag. After accessing the after hour lock box we were only provided with one key for an aprtment with 4 people and had to change our arrangements the next day for someone to double back from our activities to collect second key as our day's activities started before and ended after their limited office hours. Servise all very friendly but poor standard.

Pros:

Awesome spot great location and nice and quiet not the madhouse rush like further up the coast that is why we keep coming back

Cons:

Had a young baby and the dryer did not work in the room after numerous complaints was advised it was our problem but it wasn't.

Stunning Resort. Perfect location right in the heart of Coolangatta with amazing panoramic views of the beach and the Go
Pros:

The resort was immaculate, located on beach front promenade in the heart of Coolangatta. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional always attending to our requests. The apartment was extremely clean with amazing panoramic views from Coolangatta beach to Surfers Paradise.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like about the Resort or our Apartment! It was perfect!

It was excellent
Pros:

I like the shops on the third floor so convenient having groceries and restaurants close by. Furthermore the beach distance was walkable and the unit was right between the flags when we walked to the beach

Cons:

We could have had more towels 2 per person, the toilet paper was so thin I had to buy thicker one. A booklet with all info such as different take aways ,restaurants events, markets etc

Pros:

Sensational view Level 12 room 57, modern deco and fully stocked kitchen.

Cons:

Vacuum needs updating, sand travels no matter how well you wash off especially with kids. For our 7 night stay we needed a floor clean mid way.

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Plaza, a few small improvements in the unit we stayed should be considered

*Close proximity to woolworths, restaurants, beaches
*Resort pool and other facilites

Cons:

Air conditioning only in the lounge room. It was hot at night with just the fan as the air-con did not spread through the unit well. No beach towels, being so close the the beach and using the pool, we had to use our bath towels which isn't so bad but just an idea to provide for guests. Also the washing machine and dryer require an upgrade, very old and sounds as though the bearings have gone in both, very noisy.

Enjoyed our stay and everything was within walking distance.
Pros:

Loved the ocean view. Liked that the beach wasn't crowded and it's close. Liked that the shops were close too.

The apartment was a bit dated and 2nd bedroom fan was noisy.
