Stunning Resort. Perfect location right in the heart of Coolangatta with amazing panoramic views of the beach and the Go
Pros:

The resort was immaculate, located on beach front promenade in the heart of Coolangatta. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional always attending to our requests. The apartment was extremely clean with amazing panoramic views from Coolangatta beach to Surfers Paradise.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like about the Resort or our Apartment! It was perfect!

It was excellent
Pros:

I like the shops on the third floor so convenient having groceries and restaurants close by. Furthermore the beach distance was walkable and the unit was right between the flags when we walked to the beach

Cons:

We could have had more towels 2 per person, the toilet paper was so thin I had to buy thicker one. A booklet with all info such as different take aways ,restaurants events, markets etc

Pros:

Walking distance to everything. Coffee shops open from 530am, multiple playgrounds, beach and ample grassed areas for the kids to play, ride and scoot.

Pros:

Sensational view Level 12 room 57, modern deco and fully stocked kitchen.

Cons:

Vacuum needs updating, sand travels no matter how well you wash off especially with kids. For our 7 night stay we needed a floor clean mid way.

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Plaza, a few small improvements in the unit we stayed should be considered
Pros:

*Close proximity to woolworths, restaurants, beaches
*Resort pool and other facilites

Cons:

Air conditioning only in the lounge room. It was hot at night with just the fan as the air-con did not spread through the unit well. No beach towels, being so close the the beach and using the pool, we had to use our bath towels which isn't so bad but just an idea to provide for guests. Also the washing machine and dryer require an upgrade, very old and sounds as though the bearings have gone in both, very noisy.

Loved the ocean view. Liked that the beach wasn't crowded and it's close. Liked that the shops were close too.

Cons:

The apartment was a bit dated and 2nd bedroom fan was noisy.

Lovely ocean views, great location to heaps of shops, restaurants and other shopping. Woolworths is right underneath. Beach is across the road. Parking underneath was handy.

Coolangatta was great. Ocean plaza very disappointing. Use to holiday there regularly in the past was very disappointed

The location was amazing, the views superb. Large enough for 5 people.

Cons:

The advertising was misleading. Toiletries provided: they didn’t mention only for one day. Even though there were 2 bathrooms you could only use one shower at a time. The checkout time was ridiculously early. There were no lights in the fire escape stairwell. The ensuite door was very difficult to open when shut. The staff were disinterested at best and very rude at worst. Not at all welcoming or helpful.

Great location. Comfy beds.

Great location, super big apartment. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work well at all and probably needs a service. The dishwasher was broken and covered over the duct tape, we tried to use it but it was useless and ended up hand washing dishes. The 9am check out was annoying. Our apartment was next to the rubbish shute and it smelled really bad alot of the time, but this only affected us when we were leaving the apartment. The apartment also needs new curtains or blinds urgently. The blinds didn’t really work to block out the light. But these were all minor things and we would stay again.
