shuttle bus service is niet goed, je kunt niet wanneer je wilt alleen beperkte tijden gebracht worden en hotel lich op steile helling.

Pros:

Location is excellent for an excellent launching point for incredible day hike. The half board is definitely worth the price. Food is amazing. Wonderful staff to assist and very friendly. Definite must stay here

Pros:

Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, varié et de qualité. Service agréable, avec un personnel souriant et disponible. L'emplacement, en hauteur, offre une superbe vue, notamment depuis la piscine à débordement. Parking pratique à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Appréciable également : la remise par mail d'un ticket de transport public dès mon arrivée.

Pros:

Hotel Interski would fare better as a three star hotel. The standard room was fine, the bathroom (shower cubicle) more basic. The provision of meals was generally satisfactory but not of a four star standard, often providing quantity in place of quality. The owner of the hotel was a constant presence which was welcome by some and found too much by others. The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful.

The policy of the hotel is to provide a coffee maker and bottled water in the rooms, both paid for as extras. There is no kettle, no tea bags, sugar or milk provided, not even cups for the coffee (there are water glasses and small paper cups) as in all comparable hotels. Therefore, in the night, the only options are bottled water or black espresso. When I wrote to reception about the lack of drink options in the room, there was no offer forthcoming to attempt to meet a guest's need. Black coffee or water; and pay extra for both. As a guest I felt I had to adapt to the hotel's policy rather than the hotel attempt to meet the needs of their guest.

무료 버스티켓을 줘서 오르티세이까지 편하게 왔다갔다 했어요
방안에서 눈뜨면 보이는 뷰가 너무 좋아요
무엇보다 사우나와 수영장 뷰가 미쳤어요
하프보드를 추천해요
저희는 따로 추가해 저녁식사를 했는데
너무 맛있었어요
한국인이 처음이라 신기해 하셨어요
겨울에도 스키타러 방문하고 싶어요!!!

Perfect place for an active family holiday
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, welcoming, comfortable and in a perfect location for a hiking holiday. The rooms are light, clean and spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious, and Lucas and his staff are attentive and helpful. We loved the swimming pool with its spectacular mountain views. Thank you for a really great time!

Luca explained everything regarding the hotel and the Dolomites really great !!! he helped us and was always available
The hotel is so clean, well and warmly designed. when asked for a help the staff was more than ready to support
the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are really amazing.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The rooms were lovely and cozy. The hotel's food was incredibly delicious, and the spa was super relaxing. Though the infinity pool water was a bit cold.
They have a shuttle that takes you to and from the slopes!

Good location & nice spa but the spa is not working in the Morning at least not till 10.00 and they say it’s open fr

The spa & wellness, clean and new room, location

Cons:

The spa would be open from 07.00 till 19.00. I arrived at The spa at 07.00 all the lights were off and nothing worked; cold sauna, empty jacuzzi, cold shower, outside pool closed. I stayed at the spa till 09.50 talked to the cleaner (very nice guy (Robin)) but he couldn’t help me. I was not amused because I chose this hotel because of the spa and woke up very early to enjoy my last day. With the check out the receptionist was not there and had to walk to the restaurant to ask for help. Could not pay cash because the bill was to big. The girl from the restaurant did what she had to do but not nice like I am used to in a hotel. On paper it’s an amazing place and I still really enjoyed but the experience with the spa and the girl is not the hospitality I am used to from a 4 star hotel. Nevertheless I had an amazing 2 nights and I hope the owner does something with this feedback because when he does this hotel would be a 10/10
