An Absolute Gem in the Dolomites – Book It Now!
Pros:

If you are planning a trip to the Dolomites, book a room here before word gets out. Hotel Interski is hands-down one of the best properties in the region.

The Location: Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Being centrally located in Santa Cristina (Val Gardena) means minimal driving and maximum trail time.

The Food & Amenities: The daily breakfast offered a fantastic variety to fuel our treks. We also loved the flexibility of their dinner program—you can decide each morning whether to join the hotel for dinner that night. We did so twice during our five-night stay, and both the quality and service were top-tier.

The Room & Facilities: Our room was spacious and modern, complete with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. But the real highlight is the outdoor oasis. The infinity pool, jacuzzi, and manicured lawn are the ultimate rewards after a long day on your feet. They've truly thought of everything, even providing pool robes and tote bags.

The Hospitality: What sets this place apart is the warmth. Martine, Barbara, and Angela provided flawless service, and the owner, Lukas, treats you like an old friend (make sure to try a beer from his on-site microbrewery!).

I cannot recommend Hotel Interski enough and hope to return soon!

방은 매우 깨끗하고 현대적이고 쾌적했고, 레스토랑과 수영장, 사우나에서 보는 뷰가 너무 아름다워서 행복한 휴가를 보냈습니다.
지내는 동안, 낮에 트래킹하고 와서, 사쏘룽고 뷰 보면서 수영하고 자쿠지에서 안마하고, 선베드에서 쉬며 피로를 푸는 시간이 너무 편안했고,
식사는 모든 코스와 메뉴가 다 정말 맛있었어요. 조식만 예약하고 갔는데, 저녁 식사가, 특히 티롤지역 메뉴들이 정말 맛있어서 다음에 간다면 하프보드로 예약할 거에요.
직원분들도 다 너무 친절하고 따뜻하게 챙겨주셨고, 필요한 것들도 문의하면 잘 챙겨주세요.

L'emplacement, en hauteur, offre une superbe vue, notamment depuis la piscine à débordement. Parking pratique à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'hôtel. The hotel's policy or management are in control. There could be more generosity and adaptability
Pros:

Hotel Interski would fare better as a three star hotel. The standard room was fine, the bathroom (shower cubicle) more basic. The provision of meals was generally satisfactory but not of a four star standard, often providing quantity in place of quality. The owner of the hotel was a constant presence which was welcome by some and found too much by others. The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful.

The policy of the hotel is to provide a coffee maker and bottled water in the rooms, both paid for as extras. There is no kettle, no tea bags, sugar or milk provided, not even cups for the coffee (there are water glasses and small paper cups) as in all comparable hotels. Therefore, in the night, the only options are bottled water or black espresso. When I wrote to reception about the lack of drink options in the room, there was no offer forthcoming to attempt to meet a guest's need. Black coffee or water; and pay extra for both. As a guest I felt I had to adapt to the hotel's policy rather than the hotel attempt to meet the needs of their guest.
