The Regale by Tunga

Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though.

Nice hotel, with fabulous services. Walkable to near by area.

The hotel is tired and could use a good clean up. The staff we we were all very efficient and good at making the guests “feel at home”
The staff make the difference that the Tunga needs to compensate for the tired setup
I eat in the neighbouring (Also Tunga, “Paradise”) as their restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. If you room service dine in - the kitchen at Regeale is still very very good

Staff and service are excellent. Could do with a better pre-emption of set meal dinner options that are pre-charged to the room. There's a lack of option which you only get to know of once you have paid for dinner and want to order.

the Airconditioning unit was not working properly

This is one of the nicest hotels on MIDC Road, whenever I am in Mumbai I stay there. very accommodating staff, nice food and service with a smile.

It was a good stay. Spacious room, excellent location due to its proximity to the airport and our places of work. Modern interior and very good breakfast with a decent spread.
I am happy that they allowed us an early check-in. Overall a good hotel for the price and will recommend it to other travellers.

The hotel is conveniently located & extremely close to the airport. Spacious room, modern interiors and good breakfast with a decent spread.

The only demerit was - there was a slight water clogging in my bathroom on the floor near the WC. It didn't drain on its own and gets collected.

Other than that, I will recommend this hotel to others.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very dirty and has a permanent smell. The bed is as hard and uncomfortable. I complained and got not assistance.

They strictly follow a rationing policy for giving water, air con is not effective enough, barely keeps the temp at 25, not too many options in breakfast, unfriendly and unhelping staff

We were very happy with the level of service and accommodation at this hotel.
Feedback on the room: The air conditioning was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The room was very quite which is a real benefit when staying in a big city like Mumbai,
Hotel Resturant: the food we had at the resturant was surperb, we ate the Navya resturant nearly every day.
Hotel staff: We found the hotel staff very helpful and attentive, they helped us get our SIM card activated which is not an easy process to do India if you are from overseas. We would recommend this hotel for quality of service and value for money.

Good hotel but if the rate is discounted and you need to book in advance for all days your staying because next day they will increase the rate to double .

Overall good bisiness hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty food and breakfast. Cheerful staff. Good connectivity of Bus , Auto Rikshaw ,Metro and Ola cabs.

Would definite book again really appreciate for the upgrade i was offered and would recommend to anyone.
