Pros:

Lo staff è molto cordiale. Pronti a dare suggerimenti per godersi al meglio il soggiorno in questa splendida località. Pulito, colazione ottima e posizione eccellente per girare a piedi il centro.

Pros:

Cet hôte Ibis est particulièrement bien situé et malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée il est très calme (deux fenêtres en double vitrage font un barrage au bruit). L'accueil est efficace. Les chambres sont correctes et le rapport qualité-prix est incontestable.

Cons:

Question écologique : Pourquoi changer les serviettes quand on ne le demande pas (en vertu du code indiqué sur l'affichette de la salle de bain)?

Idéal pour prendre le train tôt
Pros:

J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la gare de Chambéry. Il est très bien isolé du bruit des trains (double fenêtre) et climatisé.
J'y ai aussi eu un très bon buffet de petit déjeuner.

Entretien global de l'hôtel est à améliorer.
Pros:

Chambre agréable avec balcon.
Hôtel bien situé à côté de la gare et proche du centre ville.

Cons:

Salle de bains : baignoire écaillée, lavabo fendu, auréoles sur les dalles du plafond probablement dues à une fuite d'eau à l'étage supérieur.
Balcon non nettoyé (mégots de cigarettes au sol). Moquette des couloirs peu entretenue.
Petit déjeuner moyen.
Extérieur de l'hôtel : poussière, fientes d'oiseaux et toiles d'araignées sur les vitres.

Cons:

La salle de bain n’était pas propre. Des traces sur les WC, le sol qui collait, des petits poils dans le goblet de la salle de bain et le shampoing/gel douche qui était presque vide. La chambre était excellente, mais la salle de bain était en salle état.
