L'hôtel est a côté de la gare proche du centre ville.
La qualité de la literie.

Cons:

L'odeur d'égout dans la chambre 404 a l,'arrivée et cette sensation désagréable a chaque entrée dans la chambre. Loger dans cette chambre aurait été impossible.

L'acceuil a l'arrivée peut souriant et bref dans les explications.

Une seule personne pour gérer le petit déjeuner. L'approvisionnement des denrées était lente ce qui fait que les clients patientent trop longtemps. Certes en vacances il est important de sentir un suivi.

Il est compréhensible que la personne soit en difficultés a la vue du manque d'effectif toutefois cela semble important d'être bien servi pour un petit déjeuner.

Muito aquém das expetativas
Pros:

O grande ponto a favor é a localização do hotel. Junto à estação de comboios de Chambéry e não muito longe do centro da vila, permite que possam andar a pé à vontade pela vila.
Caso tenham carro, fica perto da autoestrada que distribui o trânsito em direção a Lyon ou em direção a Annecy, Genéve ou Turim e Milão. Caso queiram estacionar, deixem o carro no Q-Park Cassine Gare. É bastante barato e fica a 5/7 minutos a pé do hotel.

Cons:

O staff não sabe falar inglês, o que torna a comunicação muito complicada, principalmente para uma cadeia mundial como o Ibis. Os quartos estão muito envelhecidos e a precisar de remodelações profundas. O chuveiro não dava para prender num ponto acima da cabeça e a banheira não tinha ralo. O colchão estava muito envelhecido e afundava no meio. É a antítese do conforto a que o Ibis costuma habituar os clientes.
