Prima. Wel ruimte om wat qua beleving e.e.a. te verbeteren.
Pros:

Alles was functioneel op orde, geen dingen die niet werkte of afwezig waren.
De kamer was goed schoongemaakt.
Alhoewel er geen receptie is, liep de communicatie vrij vlot.
Fijn om een kitchenette op de kamer te hebben, aangezien er geen eten meer op het hotel wordt geserveerd. Wel miste er een aardappelschilmesje?

Cons:

Sfeer. De kamer en de gangen e.d. waren redelijk kaal. Daarnaast was het plein bij de ingang van toren 1 aan onderhoud toe. Verder in de communicatie veel nadruk op regels en weinig verwelkomends. De afwezigheid van een receptie en face-to-face contact helpt niet, maar is wel begrijpelijk. Leeg receptie en wellness gebouw ziet er een beetje vreemd uit. "Vergane glorie gevoel".

Pros:

The staff were very polite - albeit remotely

Cons:

Unmanned reception, no staff to help with luggage, Lift was broken, this was not advertised, I am 64 recovering from back surgery, I was placed on an upper floor, a compromise was offered to first floor - still two flights of stairs. I just cant carry luggage upstairs right now. Simple solution - just say no operational lift on booking site, and that sorts who books it.

Overall, a peaceful, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet environment, with plenty of nature nearby for walking and cycling. The village center is within walking distance and has everything you need for food and other supplies.

The apartment is spacious, practical, and well designed, with all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful starter set with kitchen soap, a cleaning towel, and dishwasher tablets.

A lovely extra was the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the tea provided in the room. Halfway through our stay, the bed linen and towels were refreshed, and the coffee and tea were replenished, which was a very nice touch.

Cons:

The soap dispensers in the bathroom, both at the sink and in the shower, were empty when we arrived. Unfortunately, they were not refilled when the room service changed the sheets and towels during our stay. By that point, we had already bought our own soap, so it was not a major inconvenience.

Interestingly, we stayed at the same accommodation again a few weeks later, this time in a two-person studio, and the soap dispensers there were properly filled. So hopefully this was just an oversight in our particular room.

Makkelijke locatie zeker als je overdag weg bent
Pros:

Het kleine keukenblok zodat je zelf wat kan maken indien gewenst en de goeie verbijsterende gordijnen

Cons:

Er stond in beschrijving ook afwasmachine maar die was er niet.
Er was geen grote passpiegel en geen föhn.

Als je Nijmegen en omgeving wil verkennen prima locatie om te overnachten.
Pros:

Goede bedden, douche en parkeer gelegenheid. Ook het inchecken en uitchecken prima.

Cons:

Er ontbraken wat kleine dingen in de studio(koekenpan, stoffer en blik, kom voor maken bv salade en een ramenwassers de douche) hiervan heb ik accommodatie bericht gestuurd. Hygiëne verdiend wat meer aandacht(stof)

Hygiene en vooral het balkon... waar de buurman steeds ging blowen. Moest hierdoor steeds de deur dicht doen ivm stank.

Net aan oke.
Pros:

De ligging is prima gratis parkeren voor de deur. Het is een oke app. Het inchecken zonder dat er personeel aanwezig is gaat prima. Maar let op als je boekt krijg je nog een extra rekening voor service en toeristembelasting die betaald moet worden anders krijg je geen toegangscode. Daarom gaat het inchecken geregeld fout denk ik en zijn er veel negatieve scores. En bekijk van te voren de instructies hoe je de ingang moet vinden. Het is een beetje gek aan de zijkant van het pand. Ooit was dit duidelijk een hotel met receptie en goede facaliteiten. Dat is allemaal gesloten. Zoek je een simpele plek waar je kan slapen en eenvoudig kan koken met veel ruimte dan is dit op zich oke.

Cons:

De keuken inventaris is minimaal. Het was niet goed schoon. Het was er erg warm (22c buiten). Het app is heel erg gehorig gelukkig waren naast ons rustige gasten. Een houten wandje scheidde de twee appartementen van elkaar. Je kon elkaar horen eten bereiden en praten, ookal waren ze rustig. Wij hebben geen last gehad maar kan mij voorstellen dat dat ook anders kan zijn.
