Spacious and in a nice location.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and 2 balconies. Everything you need is there (not a washing machine, which I didn't need). Plenty of parking. Groesbeek is a very quaint and quiet village in the country side, very close to Nijmegen. Lots of shops nearby. Great bakery on the main street next to Kruitvat.

Cons:

No staff at all. Pick up the key from a lockbox on the property. I've stayed there many times over the years and there is no substitute for the personal touch. Apartment is a bit dated but functional. No double bed but 2 singles pushed together. Mattresses ok and I didn't wake up in bits but I've seen better.

Хорошее месторасположение. Возможность самостоятельно заселиться. Чистый номер.

Cons:

Не достаточная шумоизоляция. Кухня не продумана. Есть недостаток в некоторых приборах (лопатка для жарки, тарелка для салата большая) кровати раздельные, но как по мне их нужно продумать как скреплять.

Kwaliteit niet zoals voorgaande jaren maar toch fijn.
Pros:

Komen al jaren. Hele fijne locatie met mooie hotelkamers en faciliteiten.

Cons:

Het hotel was dit jaar nauwelijks bemand. Eerdere jaren goede ervaring met het hotel. Dit jaar keken we weer uit naar een heerlijk ontbijt en zwemmen met de kinderen. Beide waren helaas niet beschikbaar. Dit was niet duidelijk op de website/tijdens het boeken.

Vrij weinig

Cons:

De kamer was letterlijk een grote puinhoop en geen receptie aanwezig. Dasrna vertrokken en ook de volgende dag niemand op de receptie. Alleen een alarm nummer en op het hotel nr alleen dat de receptie 0800 open is. Maar klopt niet. Vervolgens een boze mail en krijg te horen dat ze een restitutie zou de doen van de betaling. Maar dit is uiteraart ook nog steeds niet gebeurd. Ook nog eens gepoogd om te whats app te sturen en ik wordt gewoon genegeerd

Horrible, never again

The entering of the code and receiving the card for the room went smoothly.

Cons:

Room was very cold. Thermostat stayed low, could not change it. I smoke so I wanted a balcony. There was a funny type lock thing which I could not open. Had to unscew it to open the balcony door. On the 1st floor are a bunch of mentally handicapped people. Every day there was at least 1 screaming argument.
