Excellent for a family stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location. Just at the port, you have everything at your doorstep: the ferry, the boat tours, restaurants, shops, the whole of the old town. Really excellent! Their family room is wonderful and their air conditioning strong which was a blessing!

Great location and lovely hotel.
Pros:

It was a nice, clean hotel, close to everything. The staff were so friendly and great out look over the wharf for breakfast in the morning.

Une expérience géniale!
Pros:

Le personnel était extrêmement accueillant, disponible, bienveillant... L'emplacement est super. Lapropreté génerale et celle de la chambre en particulier.
Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est génial.

Warm, friendly and helpful
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Elena, Mirriana and Maddalena . It is a fabulous hotel really clean great breakfasts view and location.
I could not recommend this hotel more highly

Tutto perfetto! Struttura ben posizionata pulita ( un applauso alle signore delle pulizie). Personale alla reception professionale e molto sorridente. Buona la colazione….. insomma non manca nulla!!! Lo consiglio!!!!

Air conditioning did not work. Too hot
Pros:

close to noisy port but at least it was close to the ferry

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work despite repeatedly asking unhelpful staff to get it fixed
As a result the room was very hot all night I got about 2 hours sleep
