Much to be desired with this hotel, especially with the price paid for a night's stay and being within the Hilton brand portfolio. Room was in need of significant repair. Crack in the shower bottom with creaking when showering that made one think the floor would give in. Mold spots on the ceiling above the shower that had an attempt to paint over, and the bathroom door did not properly close - not sure if from misalignment, damage, or warping. Many spots on the walls that were either not properly cleaned, stained, or unknown. Wallpaper on the walls bubbling out, garbage baskets did not have bags in them and the cans were rusty, carpet felt tacky. Garbage containers outside were overflowing.
Hotel sign noted repairs were occurring but many of the construction materials looked like they had been sitting in the parking lot for a while, and renovations only seemed to be in the conference room.
Staff checking in and out were friendly, breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, and the bed appeared clean and was comfortable. Parking lot was a bit tight for vehicles pulling trailers but had enough spots to make something work and was well lit.
Disappointed overall, price for the night stay was high for what this was and sorely disappointed I used points to pay for the night.

Hello,
I am writing to formally complain about the horrible experience I had during my recent stay at your Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived, there was loud construction directly above our room — pounding, drilling, and constant noise all day long. The light fixtures in our room were literally shaking from the impact.
To make matters worse, someone knocked on our door at 8:30am for no clear reason, waking us up after an already miserable night.
This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. I expect a level of comfort and professionalism from your brand, and this stay fell far below that standard. I am requesting appropriate compensation for the disruption and inconvenience we experienced.

Location was great.
The air conditioner must of had a belt going out. All night randomly it would start squealing very loud. So all night I was woke up about every 20 minutes by the air unit. I called to see if we could get another room, but they said they had none available.

Very comfortable and quiet. Staff is very friendly and will try to help any way they can. Great selection for breakfast and a nice area to eat. Would definitely stay again.
There is nothing that comes to mind.
This place is falling apart and no one seems to care. We had No hot water for the 2nd time staying here. Rooms are Way outdated, and chairs have stains. Fortunately there is a new Marriott opening soon down the street.
Requested morning access to the gym due morning commitments evening prior. Next morning (after waking up early), was told they wouldn’t open it until 6 since they put someone in a room next to it.
It’s 2025, there must be a way to design a hotel with plenty of space in rural setting without a room next to the gym…
Worse, why would you put someone in that specific room when the hotel is over half empty? Nearly every other Hilton (which we stay multiple times per month) has a 24 hours gym.
They didn’t seem to care which was more disappointing. Some other issues as well, but this seemed simple to resolve if you want to provide a good guest experience.
ok.... good bed .... outdated and grimy in places... not what i expect for the price. Remote was scotch taped together.... no one has cleaned behind night stands in a long time. older furniture that was saggy
The room was spacious and clean!
It was close to shopping and restaurants.
I couldn’t sign into the WIFI it kept telling me I needed a password and when I entered it it still wouldn’t let me in. One of the beds was creaking so bad every time you moved and it was really loud. My son stayed in another room that smelled musty like something was wet or had been wet and the air conditioner was really loud every time it came on. For the money I paid I was highly disappointed. This place needs upgrades / remodeling bad.
