Disappointing
Cons:

The reason my survey seems off is that their website claims to have a bar and restaurant, which it had neither. I chose Cambria for location, price and restaurant. This forced me to find somewhere to eat in a unfamiliar area.

Pros:

It us located near the airport. They allow pay for parking while you travel from RDU. $12 per night.

Cons:

The hotel desperately needs updating. They did not do a good job cleaning the rooms. Was told it was a non smoking facility. You could smell smoking in the hallways. Curtains were falling off the rods.

Pros:

Recently went to hotel not a very good experience customer service was mid first room 310 the door room wasn’t open then after going to front desk 2 twice finally got another room which wasn’t the cleanest the lights by the couch wasn’t working to top it all over the bed has bed bugs

Very clean, close to the airport with a shuttle available. Tyrell was great and very helpful!

The stay was disgusting and would never stay there again.

I checked in with my kids and it was fine until we went out to the mall and returned back to the room there was roaches coming out of the wall tv and the tv stand by the beds. At first there was one or two but later we saw many in the room. It was infested with roaches. My kids were not able to sleep the night. I was only there for a night as we were headed to the airport in the early morning. It was disgusting. I let them know at the front desk and they said the manager would call me back but never did. When I called the manager the next day they said they will let pest control know. I would appreciate my refund and until now have not received one.

The price, they had free breakfast, staff was nice.

Cons:

The beds are softer than I prefer. Elevator made a bang as doors were closing. There was some carpet that was coming up and some paint on the walls that was coming apart. The room was a bit cold.
