Pros:

Very spacious room. More like a 1 bedroom condo complete with a kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Very clean. Comfortable bed also. We will be back.

Nice property
Pros:

New clean property with great amenities in room. Walking trail right next to the hotel. Nice staff at reception and breakfast room. Great location with lots of fast food restaurants within blocks

Cons:

Cost $84 for 2 dogs per night. That’s crazy expensive

I would not recommend this facility.
Pros:

The location was convenient. The breakfast spread was nice.

Cons:

I called a head to make sure the pool and hot tub worked. They confirmed the pool worked but the hot tub did not. Upon arrival with my children, the pool was open but freezing, the heater in both the hot tub and pool was broken. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time as this was the main reason I booked with this facility. Additionally, I requested more towels and was told no one was available to bring me any, nor was I able to go down and pick any up. Ten minutes before checking out, extra towels were delivered. Overall, just a bad experience.

Great area close to airport and free shuttle.
Pros:

The staff was excellent.
Front desk very helpful and Dora the lady who cleaned my room was Super!
She replaced my comfy maker in 5 minutes!
Redecorated hotel. It looks lovely.

Cons:

A little thing like the Privacy sign did not fit on the handle of the outside hall door.
That can be easily fixed.

Nice location and hotel, shuttle service lacks coordination.
Pros:

Location, airport shuttle and breakfast.

Cons:

Lack of coordination for shuttle. We asked for a shuttle at 3:30 am when we checked in, was told that it was reserved. We arrived in the lobby at 3:30 and the staff told us we missed the 3:15 shuttle and had to wait for the 3:55. We had to order an Uber to arrive at the airport on time.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in a long time. Everything was fresh and clean, the staff was super accommodating and at a very reasonable price. Excellent breakfast, too! We'll be back!

Pros:

It was nice and close to the airport, close to good restaurants and an excellent bed.

Cons:

We were there to short of a time to know all good and bad, the free coffee at the front counter at 4 am was horrible. Better not to offer coffee at that time if that is the reason for the bad tasting coffee.
