Okay
Pros:

Breakfast was very limited and not much of a choice for a gluten free person. There was no gluten free bread on any day. They only did scrambled eggs and not other types such as poached, omelette. They had no beans in sauce. The room did not have a tea kettle which has always been in every hotel I have been to. It was cleaned alternate days. The water was only complimentary for two days.

Roaches but they're taking care of the issue.
Pros:

We walked into a beautiful suite and were pleasantly surprised at the size of the area and the amenities.

Cons:

Roaches. We found eight roaches before we requested to move rooms. The front desk employee was annoyed and moved us to the room directly below the first room. It also had roaches because they were in the walls. We asked to move again and the front desk employee was really annoyed and moved us to a small room that didn't have enough beds. We did not see roaches in the small room. The next day the manager called and apologized and refunded our stay. She said she was contacting a pest control service to take care of it.

Great Customer Service!
Pros:

Hi Janelle - you gave me five star help and I really appreciated that.

As a senior the technological world is increasingly confusing and there is no school to learn what I need to do to print a boarding pass. Janelle took the stress out of that for me as well as ensuring I had a room that was easy to find and get back to.

Janelle can be proud of the professional and friendly service you provided to me on behalf of Homewood Suites. Well Done Janelle and Sincere thanks - you are a great Ambassador for the Hollywood Suites brand!

Good location right off the interstate. Room set up is great with a door to the bedroom, keeping the room separate from the rest of the space.

The Establishment was very clean spacious the best hotel I have been to in Sacramento

Cons:

The only thing I can say I did not like was how far I had to walk to my room everyday because I stayed at the long end of that hallway other than that everything was amazing and really I'm not even going to complain about that because I needed the exercise lol

Very spacious room. More like a 1 bedroom condo complete with a kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Very clean. Comfortable bed also. We will be back.
