Very clean , organized, and secured hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

everything but the broken AC and one TVs volume going out.

Cons:

AC went out our second night and one TV wasn’t working properly.

Wonderful nights stay and great nights sleep with good breakfast.
Pros:

Everything! The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, helpful in getting with us about every question or extra needs we ask for. Super clean and comfortable beds late check out without out any problems. Will defiantly stay again if in that area!

Pros:

We had an outstanding breakfast every morning! I enjoyed quite a few potato, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Our room was clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out and the location was quiet despite being close to the highway and a large church.

Excellent property for any traveler
Pros:

I was truely impressed by this property. The location was slightly difficult to find. There is a lot of road construction going on that makes it challenging to find this property. There are lots of dining choices nearby so you don't have to go far to find something to eat. While it accetps dogs there is no dedicated space for them, but there is a LARGE piece of property adjacent where you can walk them to relieve themselves.

The breakfast is the BEST breakfast I've ever had at a hotel breakfast. There was carnitas, corn adn flour tortillas, refried beans, eggs, potatoes, belgian waffles and much more.

The property also has ample parking and secure gates for the protection of guests after certain hours. The guestrooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is more tv programming than you could ever want. It would be very easy to stay here for a long term stay.

Cons:

I honestly couldn't find anything critical over the property. I went back to tell the front desk clerk that it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Great location for north SA, despite 1604 construction, with good breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

Great breakfast with decent variety food choices. Extremely friendly and helpful staff especially the maids, the lady in charge of breakfast, the night desk worker & the security guard who was kind to help us out of locked parking garage for our early morning departure.

Cons:

Disappointed the gym was under renovation during most of our stay (big reason I book hotels when traveling) and I hadn’t realized there where no laundry facilities. Also, our rooms door was difficult to open and close. It was easy to leave room and without pulling hard to close the door it wouldn’t latch and lock. Also a little noisy hearing movement in the halls and on floors above and below.

My husband travels for a living. It is the worst stay hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed all across the United St
Pros:

Breakfast bar very clean polite customer service for breakfast

Cons:

It was flea infested, like if there was an animal there before we went to check in floor was filthy not vacuum sofa, hat, dog hairs, or cat hairs on it. I got flea bites on my legs.

We would like to stay there again, provided the check-in and check-out times are as stated in the booking.

We loved it, and they placed us in a perfect room.

Cons:

We were asked to leave early because of an incorrect checkout time, but the manager resolved the issue.

Cons:

The shower head, no foot rest in shower, pillows too soft, entry door lock would not unlock, no safe in room, bathroom door would get stuck and make noise when opened, shower door would not close unless you. pulled real hard and then it would make a lot of noise and pop shut.

Great staff, rooms felt “unhygienic”
Pros:

Great staff, but the rooms were very outdated. Room cleanliness was a concern (especially the walls), almost seemed like they were boogers and some sort of fluid spay on the walls.

Don’t go in menopause if you want to sleep. AC didn’t work, microfiber sheets, hard beds.
Pros:

The common areas are fine. The breakfast in the morning generous. Beds are hard, furniture is dirty. Air conditioner & fridge not working. Mold in the shower and outside of it. How hard is it to spray some bleach? Probably exacerbated by the re-caulking done by a 5 year old. Hard beds, no AC and microfiber sheets are. Or a fun combo for menopausal women.
