Very disappointed and probably not return.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. The room space was nice and the kitchen space was great.

Cons:

The room was not ready as promised. We had to clean some surfaces inside the room. The toiletries were missing, not enough towels. We had to call several times for items that were necessity, and the responses from employees were more excuses. I have booked and stayed multiple times at this location and have never been disappointed as I was this trip!!

Updates please
Pros:

The front desk is nice the lady breakfast attendant also is lovely, food is always great. The rooms always have hair the tub drains are dirty and last time there was a roach. The furniture is starting to tatter. They need to update, fumigate and clean the rooms better. Also the side door does not work n was being propped open with a rock. I have stayed maybe times for work and location. But it’s always the same. Good service but the rooms need updating.

Pros:

Decent location, great breakfast.

Cons:

There was hair on the sheets, for pull out couch and king bed. The shower had some shampoo residue as if it wasn’t scrubbed prior. The whole room was very outdated. Worked for the night.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Also, staff decided to clean the swimming pool during peak hours (noon) on July 4th delaying availability for 3-long hours.
I believe it should’ve been cleaned the night before or earlier in the morning. I heard from a very reliable source that a car theft had been attempted in the hotels parking lot!

Not enough towels in the room, bedding was too small for the bed and if you moved any at all the bottom covers came off the mattress. Didn’t make for a very comfortable nights sleep.

Enjoyable trip to see my son

The location was a little hard to find due to our first time staying there. I was told this property was 10 years old but it was in excellent condition and well maintained. The service was excellent.

Good place to stay
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights. Overall, our stay was comfortable. The room was clean. We did have an issue one night with a group of people across the hallway who sounded like they were using an impact drill for - something (hopefully they weren't being destructive to the room). A call down to the front desk and someone came up to check it out. Of course, by that time whatever commotion was going on had stopped, but the gentleman did say he'd stay aware of the situation. Other than that, we had no noise issues from outside the room.

They do serve breakfast in the mornings. My wife tried a few options and said that their eggs and especially their smoked sausage was quite tasty. I stuck with oatmeal. It was...well, oatmeal.

Benjamin, who helped check us in, was very friendly, as were other members of the staff.

The location is just off Loop 1604. Access from the frontage road is fine, but keep in mind that Loop 1604 might stay in some sort of phase of construction until the 24th century.

We would have no problems staying here again.
