It was a great stay, I just wish it was closer to our final destination .
Pros:

That there are no pets allowed. I have severe allergies to animals.

It was a little far from our intended destination.

The workers were kind and the facility was great for my handicapped husband. We truly had no problem.

It doesn’t allow pets. I have allergies and I can’t stay where pets have been in the room.

Perfect if you're going to the airport.
Pros:

The location near the airport and a steakhouse within walking distance was great. I really liked the park and stay, option. It was cheaper to pay that and leave my vehicle at the hotel than to use airport parking. And their shuttle picked me up and dropped me off.

Cons:

I had recently stayed at a cheaper but nicer hotel in Kansas City, so I was slightly disappointed by the room at this hotel. It was fine - clean and adequate, and the staff here were very nice.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

We had a lovely stay at Fairfield. The room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed—perfect for a relaxing night after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were fresh and satisfying.

Pros:

The included airport shuttle system is a HUGE plus, all we had to when we landed in the Des Moines airport was talk with the concierge, we were given contact information, and the shuttle was already at the airport.
Excellent location and the driver was very sweet.

Cons:

No complaints 😊
