Pros:

Property has not been maintained. Had to switch rooms three times in three days. Very poor condition beds and furniture. Pools green and not maintained .
Breakfast NOT included. Friendly staff but didn't speak English. Do not book here. A shame, because it was wonderful nine years ago.

The pictures of the property are NOTHING like the real thing. The pictures are old and so is the hotel. Both pools were dirty and could only use one. There were no pool chairs and the place was basically falling apart

Well I got to the hotel, wasn’t expecting much since it’s a small boutique hotel, just to rest really. Unfortunately the AC was damaged, I have the pictures and in the morning the WC was flooding the bathroom and room, I slipped but managed to catch myself before severely hurting myself. Please check your rooms properly before.

I checked in, and was given room #1. There was mold throughout the entire room which it also smelled moldy and mildewy. I informed the front desk and asked for a refund. I was shown a different room (room #11) which upon first sight, looked presentable. Over the course of my 5 day stay, the showered sprayed water over the door, down the wall, all over the floor so I had a flood in the bathroom. The a/c worked for about the first 15 minutes it was running, then turned to warmer air. It leaked all over the floor as well. No hot water in shower but there was in the sink. When using the sink, I could not get the facet to turn off so I eventually gave up and tried again later. I was successful the 2nd time. Just too much going on! This property needs a major haul!

This property is a complete health hazard. The pictures listed are deceptive and from over 10 years ago. DO NOT stay at this hotel. Just to name a few things that I witnessed first hand.
-Filthy mattress with body fluids, mold, stains etc. in my room and older mattresses scattered in hallways around the hotel. (Yes you read that correctly)
-Broken staircases with cement buckets holding them together.
-cracked walls and ceilings with holes.
-Filthy towels and bed sheets with bodily fluid, blood stains and mold.
-old filthy dated smelly furniture
-no hot water
-filthy green pool
-filthy bathrooms with cracked walls and broken doors.

I can honestly go on and on. I booked a 5 night stay and left after one night. Reason I stayed was because I arrived in the late evening and wasn’t able to book another night elsewhere.

This place is disgusting to say the least and the owners don’t seem to care. My family and I stayed here over 10 years ago and it was a beautiful boutique then. Unless you are comfortable living in filth, stay away.

The only convince is the location. Other than that bad service . So dirty rooms. The check in delays to much. Not hot water in the restrooms.
Pool whit moll. In general this place is dirty over all.
I will never recommend. To any one.

Staff and location nice. Property falling apart, and they dont care. Asked to fix hanging broken lamp first day (just needed a screwdriver!!) sink leaked all over floor. Prepaid 5 days. Wish I had not..

We needed a room for one night and this worked perfectly. Our requirements were a good bed and AC and fairly quiet. Met all 3 objectives perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Muy descuidado todo. No cuenta con agua caliente y en nuestra estancia no hubo wifi ni TV. En las fotos ofrece un desayuno más completo. Solo es un reducido plato de fruta y café.

This hotel has some good designs but had seen better days. The hotel is on fifth Avenue across from the Coffee café. This is prime real estate and it’s a great place for people watching. it’s close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel is well-designed when it was built in the early 90s but management has failed to upkeep the facility. For example, there are three pools but only one works. There is missing wood on the banisters. The cable suspended shelving are broken and the wood that the shelves are made from peeling the stone basin has stains there is not enough towels and no comforter Continental breakfast was a nice touch in the view from the breakfast room is good. The noise level from the drunks in the hotel and on the street made it difficult to sleep.
