The staff at Glu Hotel made our stay unforgettable. The front desk team was incredibly kind and helpful—they guided us on things to do, places to visit, and even where to shop. Their recommendations made our trip so much better.

Housekeeping was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond every single day, paying attention to every detail and making us feel truly cared for.

Thank you for such outstanding service and for making us feel at home. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Perfect place for us to stay as we explored the city
Pros:

Staff were superb, welcoming, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. Location was great for accessing the bars and restaurants of Palermo and an easy Taxi ride to all attractions
