Perfect place for us to stay as we explored the city
Pros:

Staff were superb, welcoming, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. Location was great for accessing the bars and restaurants of Palermo and an easy Taxi ride to all attractions

Das The Glu Boutique Hotel liegt hervorragend im Herzen von Palermo Soho. Zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Boutiquen sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar, was das Hotel zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Buenos Aires macht.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, hell und modern eingerichtet. Während der Schlafbereich sehr angenehm ist, fällt das Badezimmer eher klein aus und bietet nur wenige Ablageflächen.
Das Frühstück wird wahlweise in der Lobby oder im Innenhof serviert und à la carte bestellt. Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen sind sehr gut, allerdings benötigt die Zubereitung etwas Geduld, da sie vergleichsweise lange dauert.
Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Im Falle unserer Beanstandung war man sehr bemüht schnell und unkompliziert Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Ein besonderer Tipp abseits des Hotels: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein unscheinbares Restaurant, das sich hinter einer großen, alten Tür verbirgt und einen wunderschönen Innenhof bietet. Sehr angenehmes Publikum, hervorragender Service und eine exzellente Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen machen dieses Restaurant zu einer klaren Empfehlung.
Fazit: Ein stilvolles Boutiquehotel in bester Lage mit sehr freundlichem Service und schönen Zimmern. Wer Wert auf Ruhe legt, sollte ein rückwärtiges Zimmer in höherer Etage wählen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zur Straßenseite war recht laut. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir daher in ein ruhigeres, rückwärtig gelegenes Zimmer auf einer höheren Etage gewechselt – eine Entscheidung, die wir klar empfehlen können. Dort lässt sich auch der Balkon deutlich entspannter genießen.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war in diesem Zusammenhang, dass unser Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer auf einer höheren Etage trotz frühzeitiger Anfrage bei der Reservierung nicht berücksichtigt werden konnte und wir zunächst ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk zur Straßenseite erhielten.

There’s not enough good things I can say about this property, it’s perfect for couples, friends and groups looking for a cozy safe and clean place to stay.
Its proximity to Plaza Serrano, restaurants, bars, shops, and everything Palermo has to offer. Look no further this small yet lovely hotel is everything that you’re looking for. More important than anything, the staff, oh my goodness the staff, these people are first class, their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help you made out of experience nothing other than perfect. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and the perfect place to unwind after a long day in the city. Look no further, this is it.
