La atención del personal, proporcionan un numero de whatssapp que nunca contestan, la atención del restaurante no es muy buena. Las habitaciones no estan bien aisladas del ruido exterior

Buena ubicación para conocer las tradiciones de Veracruz.
Pros:

Se encuentra ubicado en la mejor zona de Veracruz si te interesa conocer más de las tradiciones locales. A pocos pasos de la catedral, malecón, restaurantes, y plaza pública. Las noches de los fines de semana hay muestras de folcklore y salsa a unos pasos.
La alberca es pequeña pero funcional, para refrescarte después de un día caluroso.

Cons:

En la alberca no hay servicio de comida/drinks, y no hay personal. Creo que sería un acierto.
En la noche puede haber un poco de ruido por la fiesta en la calle, pero realmente no fue problema para mí.

El hotel está muy bonito y súper bien ubicado.

Cons:

El personal que te recibe el lobby es muy poco atento, no se comunican entre ellos tienen un mal ambiente de trabajo y se distraen fácilmente, dan una pésima atención.

En cuanto al lavabo ya esta algo viejo hace ruido la llave cuando la abres y cierras, la regadera sale con mucha presión.
