Really convenient!
Pros:

location is perfect, near downtown center and has lots of restaurants and landmarks close, just a walk by of couple of blocks. It has a parking by valet so it's really convenient and the price was really great.

Cons:

the place is a bit old, needs some renewal and remodeling done at the rooms, when I got there, the WC seat was broken, fortunately, they fixed it right away.

Pros:

Location was excellent, staff, especially wait staff, were very friendly and efficient. Only complaint was the noise from the street into the early hours of the morning. Our room looked out on the Zocalo and due to Carnaval, the noise was incessant. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely, rooms were comfortable, and stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

Noise into the early morning hours (about 3 a.m.) THe hotel wasn't responsible but due to its location, we had a hard time sleeping.

Pros:

Zentraler geht nicht, die Lage ist unschlagbar, der Blick aus den Zimmern der oberen Etagen ist toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mexikanisch wunderbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas renoviert werden. Im Karneval hört man die Musik von alle Bühnen bis zum. Morgengruauen.

La meilleure hôtel à Veracruz
Pros:

Très bon service, valet de stationnement, restaurant à même l'hôtel mais par dessus tout on a les pieds directement à Los Portales ( méga terrasse avec groupe de musique latino, banda et autres à tous les soirs) plusieurs restaurants terrasse, casino l'autre côté de la rue, J'ai adoré mon expérience.

Que me cai en el baño la bañera es corta y al meter el primer pie se me resbalo y me cai me raspe horrible la pierna y me pegue en la cabeza, pense que el cristal se me vendria encima ha pasado casi una semana y aun me dura el moretón ojala y las quiten por q yo tengo 47 años y aun puedo levartar bien mis piernas, no imagino como se podra bañar ahi una persona mayor
