Pros:

El desayuno es bastante completo. Buena ubicación para visitar Berlín, estación de metro a 200 metros y andando a 25 minutos de la puerta de Brandeburgo.

Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel’s service and hospitality.
Pros:

First of all, because of the beauty of German culture, everyone greets each other and behaves in a friendly and smiling way. In addition, the hotel’s location was one of the best aspects for me.

Cons:

I didn’t like that some immigrants staying at the hotel passed by without greeting others, but of course, that is not something related to the hotel itself:) Also, it would have been better if the hotel had a refrigerator and a more modern air-conditioning and heating system. Plus, I don’t think guests should be required to speak face-to-face with the reception every time they need housekeeping service. It would be more convenient if the hotel had a phone in the rooms for such requests. In addition, a door hanger system such as “I would like housekeeping today” could be used. Otherwise, repeatedly going to the reception in person may sometimes create unnecessary extra workload for the reception staff.

Ideal gelegenes City-Hotel zu fairem Preis.
Pros:

Rezeption und Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man ein ÖV Ticket hat (Spittelmarkt ist knappe 3-5min zu Fuss erreichbar). Zimmer hat ein komfortables Bett, ist hell und bietet genügend Stauraum und Steckdosen.
Für Frühankommer und Spätflieger gibt es Optionen, gegen eine Gebühr und nach Verfügbarkeit einen Early-Check-In oder einen Late-Check-Out dazuzubuchen, sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Der Fussboden im Zimmer war nicht sauber und wurde nie gesaugt. Ausserdem wurde bei mir der Mülleimer im Zimmer während meines 5-nächtigen Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal geleert, Bett wurde auch nie gemacht. Ich hatte auch das Gefühl, dass die Zimmer generell nur vor Check-In bzw. nach Check-Out gereinigt werden. Den Zettel für die Zimmertüre „I want to sleep in“ kann man sich dementsprechend sparen.

Ame quedarme en este hotel, es muy cómodo silencioso en cualquier momento del día, es limpio, atención 24h. Habitación con calefacción, incluso en el baño hay secador de toallas. Sin duda regresaría, además queda cerca a la estación del metro, hay comercio cerca. Está perfecto
