Club level was disappointing
From last year to this year your cutbacks were very noticeable
Mattress was pee stained and blood stained
Clean with a high class environment.
Hot tub wasn’t functioning and pool is small.
Terribly over priced. It’s included most other hotels. I will not stay here again.
Paying for my breakfast.
Unprofessional & non-accommodating staff, minimal amenities, don’t honor requests.
Location
Not kept up overpriced
The property is in a great, quiet, and convenient location.
I did not appreciate the presence of intoxicated guests hosting an event, as they were speaking loudly in the hallways between 11:30 PM and midnight, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful environment.
Really nice lobby, reception, bar area. Rooms are nice, but small. The lighting is very dim in the bathroom. Needs to have better lighting. Everything was very clean.
I like the location of this hotel. It was clean and all staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The bar was out of several items (for example, bloody Mary mix & 3 wines listed on the menu) and the kitchen's fryer wasn't working so limited food items were available.
Do not book here if you're looking for hospitality or a stress free stay. I booked a King room and requested a crib. A crib that was described in the property amenities. A few hours after booking I received an email from the property stating that they did not have cribs at this location but they are happy to give a double queen room when we check in. Fast forward a few weeks, we drive 10 hours with our 11 month old. Exhausted and ready for bed, we check in. This is when they tell us they no longer have any queen rooms available but they have a crib that they'd bring up shortly. Ok cool. We get up to the room and get a phone call immediately. They do not have any cribs. Ok, now what? They didn't care. They didn't have any queen rooms or cribs available for us to safe sleep with our infant. We contemplated moving hotels but this location had already charged us for our whole stay plus $100 incidental upon check in. So our accommodation budget was already depleted. I called Booking.com and got disconnected twice. The third time I felt like we were getting somewhere but ended in no resolution or help from booking.com. We just had to make due. So we did and the next day the hotel promised a queen room. They said they'd call when it was ready. Arrived back to the hotel around 5pm. Checked with he front desk to see if our room was ready so our son could take his nap. However they said they didn't have one at the moment. Sigh. About an hour later my partner called down and asked about the room and was told there was a room for us and had forgotten to call us. Lovely, thanks. So we move to the new room, but we walk in and it's just another single king room. So my partner goes downstairs and they switch rooms again. This one was finally a double queen. Great right? I thought I could finally get comfortable but no. The AC was not working right. To wrap this up, we ended up leaving a night early, and driving 10 hours home to be out if this place.
