Pros:

Breakfast was great. The guests next to us one night sounded like clogging troupe and the next night from 11PM to 12:30 had small barking dog and talked very loudly so woke me up and could not get back to sleep, not anything caused by the hotel .

A good place to stay for your first visit to Palm Springs.
Pros:

Great location for walking around down town. A short drive to lots of hiking trails, canyons and the Tram. The landscaping and exterior of the property was very attractive.

Cons:

Older, lumpy Bed. Dark room - no ceiling light. The A/C was very noisy.

Highly recommend as a long weekend trip or even a week. If you want a central Palm Sorings hotspot, this is your place!
Pros:

Great location, well maintained. Felt like a high level locale for the location and price. Definitely worth it. I’d stay for the week. Great breakfast, nice pool, rooms aren’t fancy but clean and take care of.

Pros:

Comfy rooms. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. Great location. Slightly noisy if your room is at the back of the hotel due to a bar but not too bad. Easy walking distance from downtown. We had a great stay for a reasonable price.
