Nice comfortable beds and great location

Great location, very clean
Pros:

Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops as well as attractions. Great parking and easy to come and go without major traffic. Third floor, building C., facing the pool. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Nothing special but adequate to get you going. Would stay again if in the area.

A solid choice in PS
Pros:

I stayed here earlier in the month and this place is good. I have to admit over the years, Best Western properties can be a bit scary, but not here.

My only gripe is no microwaves anywhere in the room or UNLESS you pay them $15/day for use of one. Most properties have one available in their small shops or lobby area, but not here.

Super pour l’extérieur et l’emplacement, mais franchement pas dingue pour la chambre et le petit dej
Pros:

La piscine et le jacuzzi en accès pour tous les résidents, c’était chouette
Tout comme la présence d’un bar.
La terrasse est très belle et l’emplacement franchement top

Cons:

La chambre… vue sur mur. Côté parking de resto. De la musique jusqu’à 1h30 du matin, franchement…
Le petit dej de piètre qualité, et la salle qui fait vraiment cantine

LOUD MUSIC!
Pros:

The location is great, the room was satisfactory as you would expect from BW but they have a bar WHICH IS VERY LOUD!!! If loud music, "thumping" might bother you, stay clear of this hotel. Hence the 2 star rating.

Overall it was very nice after the rough start.
Pros:

Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were ample towels and toiletries. The TV was huge with great reception! Breakfast was very nice, lots of variety and plenty of offerings.

Cons:

There was a mix up when we arrived and we were sent to a room that was occupied by someone else. We returned to the lobby and after a long delay we were given another room and escorted to that room and they carried our luggage. It was our 60th wedding anniversary and it was just a rough start to our special celebration.

Second time around
Pros:

We stayed 7 days. Second time to stay here; would definitely come back. Friendly staff, good housekeeping, nice room (nice view of the mountain-- upon request), nice pool area.; reasonable price. Breakfast was good but not great.

The BEST, Best Western in the country
Pros:

I am a diamond traveler with BW and thast being said, this place is the best. For a hotel chain which has its challenges, with many properties completely unacceptable, this one shines. The breakfast, staff and facilities are all first class.

We will never stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast, the female staff that checked me in and for the most part the facility was nice and clean.

Cons:

Walls are thin, we could hear the person in the next room talking. The room faced a bar along with it's parking lot...it was noisy! After hours 1-2AM, there were drunks in the parking lot until 4AM, we got no sleep. There was even people staying at the hotel walking the halls banging on the wall and doors (mine included) while they were walking to their room around 3AM. I mentioned it to the check out staff and he just stayed quite...NOTHING!!! He didn't even acknowledge what I said not even sorry. Parking is bad too. They should put markings that its compact and made some larger spots in the back. We had cars on both sides park so close we could not leave. We stayed in the parking lot on the curb waiting for the vehicles to leave.

Great stay except for outside noise
Pros:

Great location near downtown. Very walkable to restaurants and Agua Caliente Museum. Room was clean and well stocked. There was a fridge but I did miss not having a microwave to reheat leftovers etc. There is a nice pool and lounge area with hot tub. Unfortunately our room was on the side next to 2 very loud bars that seemed to stay open all night. I would definitely stay again but specifically ask not to be in the rooms that overlook the bars.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel
Pros:

My husband & I spent 2 nights of our 10 day trip to Southern California at the Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel and it was by far the best hotel of the trip! We were greeted by very friendly front desk staff who welcomed us (after a long day of flying/driving) to the hotel and surprised us with a room upgrade to a King with a jacuzzi! The room was very spacious, very clean and the jacuzzi was awesome! The hotel grounds are beautiful with gorgeous flowers, trees and shrubs. The breakfast was good - something for everyone. The location in Palm Springs was great, too. You can easily walk to shopping, dining, museums, etc.
I highly recommend this hotel...probably the best Best Western Plus we've stayed at in the US.
