Ļoti jauka recepcijas darbiniece Katerina, visu izstāstīja, parādīja, kur, kas atrodas, kur ko meklēt, kur vērsties, ja ko vajag, visu infu, ko man vajadzēja, dabūju. Ļoti komfortabli un tīri numuri, klusums, miers, ļoti bagātīgas brokastis.

Pros:

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno perfetto, come sempre. Quando siamo a Riga torniamo sempre all'Elephant hotel. Stanze pulite e silenziose, letti comodi, ottima colazione. Anche il ristorante ha degli ottimi piatti.

Пока что это был лучший отель в нашем опыте путешествий. В отеле очень приятная атмосфера — чисто, спокойно и всё располагает к отдыху.
Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающий вид из окна — он правда сделал наше пребывание ещё более особенным.
Спасибо сотрудникам ресепшена за тёплый приём, и отдельно Екатерине за внимание и доброжелательность.

Очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле! Всё на высшем уровне — чистота идеальная, видно, что за порядком следят с вниманием к каждой детали. Атмосфера уютная и комфортная, чувствуешь себя как дома.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — невероятно вежливые, доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Особенно запомнилась Екатерина — очень приятная, внимательная и профессиональная, всегда готова помочь и сделать отдых ещё лучше.

Lieliska atpūta. Brokastis bija negaidīti labas. Plaša izvēle, regulāri tika papildināti trauki. Gulta bija super ērta un bija gan numuriņā ūdenīši, gan tēja, kafija, cukurs. Bija gan dušu cepurītes, gan čībiņas, gan citi nieciņi ikdienas lietošanai. Paldies!
