Breakfast was definitely the highlight. There was a good variety of options and the quality was satisfying, offering great value and starting the day well.
Overall, the stay was acceptable but not outstanding. The room was reasonably clean and housekeeping did an okay job throughout the stay. However, the hot water system was not very stable. On a few days, we had to wait quite a while for the hot water to come through, and sometimes the temperature would suddenly change, which was inconvenient.
Service was mixed — some staff members were polite and helpful, but not all of them were particularly welcoming. This made the overall service experience feel inconsistent.
