I felt safe and welcome because of the staff!
Pros:

The location was perfect for what we needed. Every staff member that we spoke to was super friendly and helpful. The indoor courtyard was amazing and comfortable. We felt safe there.

We had a lovely time!
Pros:

The location is excellent. We all loved the evening bar and snacks. The breakfast was much more than expected and very good. The staff were very helpful

Cons:

I was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the price of the room. The pool was just okay, but the boys had fun using it.

Pros:

It was extremely close to everything. Right across the street from Old Sacramento, maybe 1/2 a mile from the Golden One Center. Everything was in walking distance.

Cons:

The price for parking, we already pay a lot to stay there and then to pay $47 to park is ridiculous. There was a good spread of food for breakfast but it was cold and did not taste good.

Pros:

Staff were superb room overlooking river excelent. Good breakfast, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel management left a loveley gift of wine and cheese, very good quality. A very thoughtful gift. Would definately stay again

This hotel checks all the boxes!
Pros:

The walkable proximity to all kinds of things is excellent. We take advantage of being able to walk into Old Sacramento, walk to sporting events and also the River Walk. The made to order breakfast is a wonderful start to our day there. The rooms are comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were great!! We will continue to stay there when we have a need to be in the area.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location on the American river
Pros:

location for walking to old Sac, Ballpark, or along the riverfront is excellent

Cons:

I'm hopeful that housekeeping/Lost & Found find and send the jacket I left behind in room 816. I had a Fed Ex label created and sent to housekeeping as requested when I called. Package does not look like it has been mailed.

Family fun and great location. Very good Buffet breakfast
Pros:

Free happy hour, bar tender was very accommodating.
This is our favorite place to stay. Got half a dozen visits. Everyone was top notch. Location was perfect for watching the fireworks.great memories we made.

Cons:

Just so dang expensive. And parking your car on property was twice the going rate.
