Very clean! Close to everything the staff was amazing
Rooms were spacious.
Excellent location, nice breakfast.
Parking is way overpriced ($49 and more than advertised on booking.com).
Room was small for 2 adults and 3 kids. Sofa bed uncomfortable
Everything was great.
We didn’t have AC, we noticed later that night but informed the hotel and they had someone come out right away and repair it in no time. I also thought parking was a bit expensive but valet does a great job!
It was different and it was definitely clean and professional.
The parking situation was a little rough especially if you don’t like using valet parking.
Love

Always nice there
Location is amazing. Amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and great value. Staff were very friendly and nice. The size of the room was amazing, it was more like an apartment.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the next room. I was next to loud people who stayed up past 1:00 and were playing music loudly and laughing talking. They probably didn’t know we could hear everything. Thankfully the hotel staff had them turn down music. The bed itself was NOT comfortable. It was hard, I felt like I was sleeping on a table. Due to these two factors I wouldn’t stay here again.
We love Embassy Suites for the extra large rooms, dining area and afternoon beverages. This hotel was clean and comfortable
I did not like the $47 parking fee
beautiful and close to everything in walking distance
ask for a quite spot if you dont want noise not very sound proof.
The room was well-equipped and spacious. The pool was a huge success with the kids. I enjoyed being able to conveniently walk to Old Sacramento from the hotel. Breakfast was very generous and the kids liked it a lot.
The mattresses were a bit too soft, and my back hurt in the morning. There was no plant-based milk for breakfast unless I was willing to pay extra for it at Starbucks.
Staff was super helpful and friendly
Pool was small, that was ok because we were busy during our stay.
I am unsure if it was just by chance under our sofa had left over food and dust. I wouldn’t have noticed it’s just my baby dropped her toy and it happened to roll under there. All minor things, not a deal breaker for me.
Location was excellent. Staff was polite. Afternoon happy hour was awesome.
Nothing
No parking at hotel, had to park across the street
The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect
They lost our reservation. We were supposed to have two queen beds and a view of the river. It was two horribly uncomfortable beds and we looked at the freeway
