Great location, accommodations, and bonus reception and breakfast.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to help make our stay pleasant. We love the location and the view of the river. The evening reception and breakfast included with the stay is a great bonus.

Cons:

overall a great stay; very accommodating but the bald security guard is a huge negative

the property was nice and clean. the front desk and valet(s) were very polite. within walking distance to the golden one arena where my son was graduating from ucd.

Cons:

I didn’t like the security Sunday 6/14 he was very harassing towards my husband and nephew; constantly questioning them and following him even when we were awaiting our valet attendant getting my suv. It was very uncomfortable
And I made mention to the valet attendant whom was assisting me.

The receptionist, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, checked us in before the official room check-in time. She also gave chocolate to the children and was a perfect example of excellent customer service and professionalism.”

Cons:

There was also a male receptionist whose name I unfortunately do not remember. He was very rude, unwilling to assist us, and spoke in an arrogant manner throughout our interaction. His appearance was quite distinctive as he was a very large man. Based on the way we were treated, I felt that we may have been treated differently because we are Arabs, which left us very disappointed and uncomfortable.”
