Review number now, one thousand eight hundred thirty three of Embassy Suites in your Capitol Town of Sacra! Not sure when went so we will just say whatever month shows on here!
They have if I remember, ten floors. Big statues on first floor by their breakfast area! Heated indoor swimming pool! Orange juice $4.30 with tax! Thank that afternoon to Justin for the orange juice! Breakfast area, included with the reservation! Now, I commend this hotel! Two times on two different days. The employee or the Volunteer at Guest Service area calls a certain very expensive restaurant in Old Town Sacra! I am able see by look on the face of that employee or of that Volunteer that the person may be upset. Something I able to figure out by hearing side of the conversation, that whatever this certain restaurant is saying, is very upsetting to that employee, is very upsetting to that volunteer. Remember that this is two different days with two different people!
Thank you then to Embassy Suites for your help with this situation. Seems that very expensive restaurant not wants customers! Not sounds customer friendly oriented! I say again is not fault of Sacra Embassy Suites, they doing what they were able to help the Guest with information that the Guest wanted!
It was a great location, right off the Tower Bridge and a couple minutes walk from Old Town Sacramento.
The price was really high for a one night stay.
Beautiful room with a river front view! Friendly helpful staff. Amazing breakfast! We also ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening, wonderful meal! Valet parking. Walking distance to Golden One Center and Old Town Sacramento.
Everything great and breakfast was amazing will be back

Location
The parking
We arrived early and we were accommodated with an early check in. Room was very clean and updated. Walking distance to both Old Town and DoCo area. Breakfast was also a plus. Lots of choices and enjoyed my custom made omelet! I would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly!!
After what we thought was going to be a pleasant stay at the end it was ruin by your staff at the by over charging us by several hundred dollars and then when I questioned it and was upset I was accused of yelling. I was upset but not yelling. Now I'm sitting here being questioned line by line as to the charges. We didn't park at the hotel but parking charges were applied as well as other charges. Not acceptable to over charge hundreds and they make the customer feel like they did something wrong.
The parking over charge seems to be common here because there were several other people over charged for parking when they didn’t have a car.
Breakfast was good location great 45 $ for parking a bit much
