Gute Betten, Lage gut, Poolbereich nett,

Cons:

Parkgarage zu eng für Autos von heute und generell zu wenig Plätze, dafür sind 20€ pro Tag viel, aber es gibt auch keine Alternative. Frühstück immer dasselbe, ab 9 wird nicht mehr richtig nachgefüllt, Personal nur mäßig motiviert, es wird nicht gegrüßt, Tische nur schleppend abgeräumt, das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Badezimmer eng und aus den 90ern. Hier ist man nicht wirklich interessiert das Gäste nochmals kommen, eher ein Hotel für eine Nacht, schade.

If some staff were friendlier and more customer orientated our stay would have been better

Pobyt w tym hotelu to po prostu koszmar .

Tak naprawdę to jedynie położenie jest w miarę dogodne .
Reszta pozostawia wiele do życzenia .

Wybraliśmy pokój typu standard w hotelu 4- gwiazdkowym , jednak pokój jaki otrzymaliśmy nie wiem czy spełniał kryteria hotelu dwugwiazdkowego .
Pokój był bardzo mały , umeblowany w zupełnie dla mnie niezrozumiały sposób , dwie osoby szczupłe nie mogły się minąć . Ta sama sytuacja dotyczyła łazienki , która jest tak wąska , że w miejscu , gdzie zamontowano umywalkę szerokość przejścia to jakieś 40 cm. Brak szafek nocnych, brak jakiejkolwiek półki w łazience , brak stolika bardzo komplikowali swobodne funkcjonowanie .
Prosiliśmy obsługę hotelu o przyniesienie żelazka niestety nie doczekaliśmy się .
Pokój nie był przygotowany do zakwaterowania w dniu naszego przyjazdu , gdyż łóżko ścieliłam sobie sama .
Śniadania bardzo przeciętne , a szczytem wszystkiego było zaserwowanie mi kawy ze skwaśniałym mlekiem roślinnym , o dziwo nikt nie zauważył spieniając mleko , że woda oddzieliła się od reszty .
Szczerze nie rekomenduje tego hotelu .
Był to najgorszy pokój w jakim kiedykolwiek nocowałam w moim życiu .

Classe e nostalgia di hotel quasi scomparsi!

Un hotel uso un termine vecchi stampo nella più nobile della parola…lontano dalle catene alberghiere standard diciamo dove si respira un’aria di villeggiatura old ma di classe….ottimo ristorante….ottima colazione!
