מיקום מעולה, קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לים מדהים. מרוחק מהרחוב הראשי אך עדיין קרוב במרחק הליכה. יש חניה צמודה בחינם.

Cons:

המלון מיושן, נראה שצריך שיפוץ, אין בחדרים שום דבר מלבד מיטה וארון. די עלוב, אפילו שקית לכביסה, מיטה לא נוחה, ארוחת בוקר מינימליסטית, יש מקום לשיפור.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Meerseite. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Camera molto bella con vista su piscina e mare. Molto silenziosa, ottima pulizia. Possibilità di accesso al mare dagli scogli con una scaletta.

Cons:

Colazione totalmente da rivedere. Lo yogurth dovrebbe essere confezionato e non lasciato sfuso in un ampio contenitore perchè non è possibile verificare la scadenza. Prodotti da forno di scarsa qualità, solo confezionati; unica scelta per le uova (solo occhio i bue). Sarebbe bello assaggiare prodotti locali data l'ampia scelta della pasticceria siciliana.

Pros:

De locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum. fijn zwembad met zeewater. Lekker stoelen in de tuin.
Restaurant was goed, maar zorgen dat je op tijd bent (buffet werd niet bijgevuld).
Bijzonder dat je ondanks de rotskust toch in de zee kunt zwemmen, er waren paden en trappen gemaakt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war grosszügig eingerichtet, auch wenn etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon und die Aussicht auf Pool und Meer wunderschön. Ebenfalls der Raum, wo man das Frühstück und Mittagsessen einnehmen konnte, mit wunderbarar Aussicht, vor allem am Mittag, wo sie alle Fenster gegen den Pool zu öffneten. Das Mittags- und Abendessen war gut, das Frühstück ausbaufähig.
Die Anlage war geplegt, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Meerwasserpool herrlich.
Wer abends nicht im Hotel essen will aber auch nicht mehr ins Stadtzentrum gehen mag, es gibt zwei aussergewöhnliche Restaurants auf halber Strecke, welche es sich wirklich auszuprobieren lohnt.

Cons:

Die Kimaanlage war ziemlich an ihrer Kapazitätsgrenze, und müsste mal ersetzt werden.
Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig für ein Vier Stern Hotel. Zudem fingen sie bereits um halb zehn an im Frühstücksraum zu staubsaugen und Sachen abzuräumen, obwohl man bis um zehn Uhr frühstücken durfte.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas zu abgelegen. Es ist zwar wunderschön ruhig und man hat ja Essen, eine gute Bar, Pool und Meer vor Ort. Möchte man aber an den nächstgelegenen Sandstrand, da man beim Hotel nur über einen Steg über den Felsen ins Meer gelangt, muss man mehr als einen km (1300m) zu Fuss auf sich nehmen. Das tönt mal nach wenig, aber mit vollgepackter Badetasche und bei 36 Grad ohne Schatten auf dem Weg, und das zwei Mal am Tag, ist das doch etwas müehsam. Wenn man Abends dann im Städtchen Essen möchte, macht man das Nanze nochmals. Schade ist, dass es unmöglich ist, einen Parkplatz von Juli bis September in Giardini Naxos zu finden, also war mit dem Auto hinzufahren , keine Option. Ich fände es toll, würde das Hotel zum Beispiel einen Shuttle organiseren, der vier Mal am Tag fahren würde, das würde sicher von vielen genutzt.

Die Rezeption und das Telephon sind untertags manchmal nicht besetzt. So sind wir an einem Feiertag nicht mehr ins Hotel zurückgekommen, da alle Zugangsstrassen abgeriegelt waren. Wir haben dann mehrfach im Hotel angerufen, es war sechs Uhr Abends, doch es hat niemand abgenommen...ich finde bei einem 4 Stern soltle dies geregelt sein.
