The hotel has a character, the common areas are decorated with vintage furniture. The building is located right at the beach, that couldn't be any closer. It is rocky rather than sandy, but it is beautiful and not dangerous. The hotel also has a pool with sea water which is VERY warm, loved it. There were also enough sunbeds for all. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the Australian lady at the reception. Our room was spacious, modern and with a small balcony.
If you are coming by bus from Catania, then it is still a 25 minutes walk from the bus stop to the hotel (better to take a taxi). Also, if you want to go to Taormina by taxi, Uber is not the best option, they often cancel and don't come, it is better to ask the hotel to book a taxi for you. Usually it was coming within 5-10 minutes, but on Saturday evening we had to wait for more than 30 minutes as there were no taxies around.
There were some strange rules we didn't understand. For example, you can drink coffee outside on the terrace but you can't eat there the food you ordered; you can ask for hot water to have tea but only in your room rather than in any other area; you can't ask for the bottle opener at the restaurant to open your own wine.
La gentilezza e la professionalità del personale sempre attento alla cura dell’ospite. Dalla reception, ai camerieri fino alle signore del riassetto camere, sono stati tutti molto gentili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Struttura molto bella, comoda, parcheggio privato, pulita ed il plus le belle calette, il panorama e la bella piscina. Siamo stati davvero bene! Complimenti alle persone che lavorano all’interno.

l'emplacement de l'hotel, le service, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du staff, la qualité des plats et nourriture
Posizione molto bella sulle scogliere vulcaniche a pochi passi dal centro di Giardini di Naxos. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita e con un bel terrazzino vista mare. Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile a fornire informazioni.
Colazione con bevande erogate dalla macchinetta automatica, dolci senza cartellino descrittivo, non si sa cosa si sta mangiando. Minibar in camera vuoto.
Nyugodt csendes utca végén található, szuper adottságokkal, medencével amiben sós víz van. A reggeli egyszerű de rendben van. A takarítás szuper volt, tisztaság volt. Közelben vannak éttermek, szupermarket és a főutca is elérhető.Ha este megy a repülőgéped tudsz maradni a hotel medencéjénél a kicsekkolás után is.
Sajnos egyáltalán nem olyan szobát kaptunk mint amit a képeken láttam.A szobában két kis, vékony ablak volt, egy elavult fürdőszobával. Egy nagy ágyat kértem a szobába, ehelyett két ágyat kaptunk egymásnak tolva ami természetesen mindig szét csúszott. Ezt megérkezésünk napján még jeleztem a recepción, akitől azt a választ kaptam, hogy a váltótársa a kompetens személy, átadja az üzenetet neki es keresnek majd. Mivel nem keresett senki ezért másnap én megkérdeztem a recepción sikerült-e megoldást találni a problémámra de csak egy flegma válaszra futotta, hogy teltház van. Egy 4 csillagosnak mondott hotelban nem ilyen probléma kezelésre számit az ember. Mivel nyaralni jöttem és jól érezni magamat, ezért nem akartam vitatkozni de számomra ez elfogadhatatlan hozzáállás. Ez a hotel nem csak emiatt de biztosan nem érdemli meg a 4 csillagot!

La posizione tranquillissima a 5 Min a piedi dal centro, la camera con un materasso veramente super, la bella piscina di acqua salata in riva al mare
Perde un voto per la colazione senza prodotti tipici, c'è tutto ma la qualità e' un altra cosa. Caffè e bevande calde con macchinetta ed espresso extra. Peccato
la posizione leggermente fuori dal paese (5 minuti a piedi) rendono l'albergo molto tranquillo e silenzioso.

Posizione ottima della struttura con piscina grande e una scaletta per la discesa a mare ho trascorso 4 giorni in pieno relax, colazione ricchissima, la camera stupenda e nuova, lo staff super cordiale per qualsiasi info ,consiglio vivamente per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in pieno relax
