Rien, la réceptionniste a tout de même été gentille, enfin, à moitié.

Le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas.
J’ai eu le malheur de payer les deux nuitées avant de monter et constater l’état de la chambre. Je suis automatiquement redescendue avec mes nombreuses valises qui peinaient à rentrer dans l’ascenseur.
J’ai informé la réceptionniste que je ne pouvais pas rester dans cet établissement.
J’ai eu le remboursement d’une seule nuit plus un reçu de paiement pour la première nuit que je pourrai utiliser plus tard même dans 3 ans selon ce que le réceptionniste contacté aujourd’hui m’a dit (il n’a pas voulu préciser son nom).
La chambre est petite, matériel vieillissant, douche pas propre, moquette qui sent l’humidité, vue de la fenêtre sale, nourriture jeté et laissé à la fenêtre. C’est pas possible de vivre dans un tel niveau d’insalubrité.

Pros:

J'ai été à plusieurs reprise dans cette hôtel, l’emplacement est top, et je suis toujours agréablement satisfait.

Un accueil chaleureux, une propreté irréprochable, et un petit déjeuner varié.

Le personnel de la réception est serviable.. tout particulièrement, Maria....elle est très professionnelle, efficace et toujours
souriante....

Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés.

La climatisation ne marchait pendant 4 ont a du changer de chambre 4 fois....et je n'ai pas aimer la manière donc le réceptionniste ma parler quand je lui est dis que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas il ma répondu je m'en fou

Hôtel Ansicht aber die Gegend Katastrophe

Das Hotel Ansicht war ok, personal super wie immer überall in Marokko.

Cons:

Die Gegend ist katastrophal, überall irgendwelche Clubs, laut, komische gestalten, Nackedeis.

Also für Familien überhaupt nicht geeignet und schon garnicht Muslime.
