I really like everything, the staff are beyond exceptional, the location is just out of this world, the food, the nights, the restaurant !!! Everything very very good.😊
The decided nature, the pools, the view
The prices at Eden were outrageous and not worth it unless you are paying for the sunset view
Quirky authentic low key luxury experience. Stunningly beautiful location. Quiet elegance with a magnificent view. Staff were friendly and responsive.
Perfection!A paradise. The hotel is very beautiful with spectacular ocean views, amazing pools, great food served in the restaurants. And a super nice staff , very attentive to your every need!!!
Zero
Do conforto, das vistas do hotel! Simplesmente deslumbrantes!
Não gostamos da comida de jeito nenhum! Café da manhã com poucos pães! Os oferecidos não estavam bons! As nossas refeições estavam sem gosto! Ficamos nos sanduíches! Pelo custo das diárias esperávamos mais!
rustig hotel, erg mooi
The location, the views and the friendly staff
It was if you were staying in someone’s private villa which was nice. Rooms beautiful.
Not enough staff at poolside. Had to go look for staff to get a drink.
No sun umbrellas only netting but not all beds had this and it wasn’t effective anyway.
On first night in restaurant we sent back two main courses of fish one night (€45 each)as they were uncooked and inedible. Staff initially offered two free puddings (circa €15 each) in lieu.
I told the staff I expected the fish to be removed from our bill not a free pudding. The staff seemed perplexed and went away from our table.
Soon after a senior staff member called Noelle came over, apologised and said she would remove both fish courses from our bill.
A rather bizarre situation.
Some hotels give you a room. Hacienda Na Xamena gives you a feeling.
This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts because it is where I proposed to my fiancée. When you’re planning a moment that important, you’re placing a tremendous amount of trust in the people around you. Looking back, I can honestly say I have absolutely no regrets. Hacienda Na Xamena exceeded every expectation and helped create a memory we’ll carry with us for the rest of our lives.
Service: This is where Hacienda truly shines. Julian was an absolute rock star from the moment we arrived. Whether it was arranging taxis, helping with luggage, recommending places to visit, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, he consistently went above and beyond. Every hotel wishes they had someone like Julian representing their property.
Greta and Alexander deserve special recognition as well. They helped coordinate my proposal and treated it as if it were their own family event. Greta was invested from the very beginning, meeting with us throughout our stay, anticipating needs before we even had to ask, and making sure every detail was exactly right. Alexander was equally impressive, and together they were the perfect team. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine excitement for us allowed me to focus on the moment instead of the logistics.
Food & Beverage: Outstanding from start to finish. The breakfast was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to start each day overlooking the sea. Poolside dining exceeded expectations, and the Wagyu burger was one of the best meals we had during our stay—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered, and every meal felt consistent in both quality and presentation.
Pool & Grounds: Absolutely breathtaking. The pool became our favorite place on the property. Beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in Ibiza. Even when the hotel appeared full, the layout is so thoughtful that it never felt crowded. There was always a quiet place to relax and take in the view.
Rooms: The rooms aren’t oversized, but that’s not why you come here. They’re comfortable, charming, immaculately maintained, and designed to showcase what really matters: the incredible surroundings. The beds were so comfortable that getting up each morning felt like a challenge. The only thing missing was being able to move the bed next to the pool.
The television was surprisingly small, but after the first day I understood why. The view is your television. Between the sea, the cliffs, the sunrise, and the sunset, you’ll barely think about turning it on.
Views: Simply unmatched. The sunrise makes you want to wake up early. The sunset makes you want to stay up late. We’ve visited many beautiful places, but few have left us speechless the way Hacienda Na Xamena did.
This hotel gave us more than a stay. It gave us the setting for one of the most important days of our lives. We arrived as guests, got engaged overlooking one of the most beautiful views in the world, and left feeling like we had found our home away from home in Ibiza.
Personal amable y silencioso el hotel
The location and the staff were exceptionally good
First off the good
1. Great views
The negatives
1. Not a five star hotel. Much more like a 3 star - old furniture, Sun loungers that look 20 years old. Faded towels by the pool.
2. We got the Na Xamena suite. Not like the pictures on their website. They have taken pictures from multiple suites and stuck the together on one room
3. Room is full of light after sunset. Blue light everywhere. Curtains are old and worn and let in all outside light so it’s impossible to sleep.
4. Bed is rock hard. Suffering from a bad back now as a result
5. Service scattered. But this is Spain.
6. Resort is in need of lots of maintenance. Very old and tired.
7. Got food poisoning night 2. Management didn’t care at all. Said we couldn’t leave as we had already paid. No check in the next morning to see how I was doing.
I’m writing this with 4 nights left to endure this poor hotel.
I’ll be calling health services today to report the chronic food poisoning they gave me.
Avoid!!!
I came here for a wedding. If it was left to my own choice, I wouldn't have picked this location as it's so far from the airport. It's about a $100 Uber ride to get here.
I'll start with the positives first. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. The majority of the staff were wonderful. That's about it.
Now on to the negatives.
- It's not really luxurious. You'd think it would be paying $600/night. The rooms are quite barren/sterile. The floors were concrete. The couches were not comfortable. The bed was passable.
- There was really only one area for lunch, by the pool. The food was decent, but every once in a while, a whiff of sewage stink would overwhelm us. It looks like there was a drain in the same room, and I gather that it must related to whenever someone flushes the toilet? As if that wasn't bad enough, every bill that came, had a suggested 10% tip. This is Europe, not the US!
- I booked a 90 minute massage for 9 am. I showed up 15 minutes early (as is customary to give time to fill out intake forms), and the door was locked. I ended up standing outside the door until 9 am when they let me in. Then took a few minutes to fill out the form, so my massage didn't get started at 9 am. Plus my massage ended a few minutes early than it should have so in the end, I received less than the 90 minutes that I was booked for. BTW, the bill also suggested a 10% tip.
- Finally, to add insult to injury, when I went to check out, I get the bill, with a suggest 10% tip on the entire bill! I told them I've tipping them left and right the entire time and asked them what the 10% tip for was for. They told it was for the staff. If I had known, I wouldn't have left the tip in my room for the cleaning people.
Stay away from this place. There is nothing else around here. It's not that luxurious of a place. In the end, I felt as if I was getting nickeled and dimed left and right.
