Pros:

La verdad llegue a ahi, por una emergencia en carretera y el personal fue tan amable, no tengo palabras que basten para agradecer el excelente servicio, invito a todos los que pasen por la serena a alojarse aquí, excelente ubicación, excelente personal y el desayuno mas rico que he tenido en este viaje, muchas gracias por darnos calma para descansar

Cómoda y excelente ubicación
Pros:

Esta súper bien ubicado, tiene a disposición un punto de café, el desayuno continental a la habitación rico y contundente, las cabañas en el caso nuestro que fue una noche de paso a nuestro destino, cómodas y con lo necesario para poder descansar y continuar nuestro camino.

Cons:

El único punto negro que me olvide comentar en recepción, una de las camas individuales no fue ocupada porque tenía unos bichitos negros.

Estadia en La Serena
Pros:

Una habitación con espacio de sobra, con buen aseo. Pude llevar mi bicicleta para disfrutar de la ciudad y guardarla sin problemas. Buen desayuno tambien.

Cons:

Lastima que el restaurante no funcione para almuerzo o cena.

Cons:

Según lo informado por la recepcionista el hotel no cuenta con toallas para zona piscina ni para la playa. Tampoco se pueden ocupar las de la habitación para este efecto. Eso es incómodo ya que viajé en avión y obviamente no llevo toallas por espacio en maleta.

La ubicación!! Es justo al frente del mar, cómodo para llegar e ir a cualquier otro lugar.

Cons:

No sabia que el desayuno que esta incluido era en la habitación. Para desayunar frente al mar, algo muy valorado, tenía un costo extra que no lo tenía contemplado.
