Poco claros

La habitación bonita, y muy cómoda

Que hospedamos ahi por lo que ofrrció el hotel por la Marathon. En su momento hice la consulta trdpecto a que si habia reservado x app podria teber los beneficios que ofrecian. Y me enciaron correo pidiendome los datos dejando entre ver que sí. El dia que llegamos la recepcionista dijo no saber.. y q porque la rederva era por app no aplicaba. Suspendieron la tallarinata. Y ademas tampoco aplicaron el descuento sugerido por haber corrido. Me cobraron por la app y luego 2 veces en la estadia aun edtoy rrvisando esos cobros en el banco. Por no hubo claridad al rrspecto. Primera vez q me pasa que cobran 3 veces. Generalmente lo q cobran se descuenta del total. Por lo demas todo bien. Pero eda parte de recepción no te pueden dar cómo rrdpuesta No sé.

Hotel en deterioro

Buena ubicación, amabilidad del personal especialmente Sra. Maria en el desayuno

Cons:

Limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, toallas manchadas y rotas, ducha que no baja bien el agua, grifería y accesorios de baño oxidados, mueble lavamanos con la madera podrida, en resumen se necesita una mantención urgente y profunda al hotel. La noche que llegamos no había luz en el sector ni el hotel, pero no tenían generador de respaldo (nos entregaron una luz minúscula) por lo cual fue muy incomoda la estancia.

Posizione fronte mare, a due passi da ristoranti e locali.
Parcheggio interno.
Camera ampia. Ottima colazione

Cons:

Bagno piccolo da rinnovare completamente.
Da evitare le capanne, assolutamente da rinnovare, preferendo il corpo centrale dell’hotel.
