El personal siempre muy amable y cordial.
El hotel necesita algunas remodelaciones estéticas, pero fueran de eso es un muy bien hote
la comida del buffet es buena y el valet parquin
la atención al momento de la llegada no fue el mejor, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no abastece, el pasillo de los cuartos que colindan con la alberca se mantienen mojados.

La piscina es lo que mas me gusto creo que es la mejor de la mayoria de hoteles que hay en veracruz es grande y profunda en algunas partes pero esta perfecta para entrenar. y cuenta con una vista panoramica expectacular del puerto de veracruz y su hubicacion es magnifica.
las instalaciones ya se ven muy atrasadas a nuestros tiempos , se ven muy estilos 90´s. algunos enchufes del cuarto no funcionaban, la puerta del baño le hacia falta mantenimiento. Y la alfombra del cuarto ya se ve muy vieja.
