Todo muy bien
lo único malo es el horario de la alberca, abren a las 10 am la alberca yo creo que a las 8 sería buen horario.

La tina del baño muy sucia en si creo que es el mantenimiento del hotel las instalaciones muy viejas.

La ubicación, la vista al mar , la limpieza
Solo un poquito olia a humedad pero nada que molestara
Las instalaciones no excelentes pero bien.
El personal sobre todo el del restaurante. La cajera déspota. Ofrecen el buffet dominical hasta las 6 PM y a las 4 PM ya no hay comida variada y no sacan más, si quieres comer será de lo poco que haya y al mismo precio. En el desayuno me tocó un cabello en el platillo. En general el restaurante mal.

El personal. A la llegada me trataron pésimo. Ando en moto y el valet parquin parece el gerente. Según el dijo qué mi moto estorbaba a la hora de hacer check in y eso que solo la puse un momento para bajar mi maleta. Pero. Lógico yo no represento dinero para el. Y la señorita de recepción pareciera qué hace lo que el valet diga y también es déspota. Jamás me ospedare en ese hotel. Y no lo recomiendo
Me pareció excelente que mientras tengas disponibilidad , te puedan dar la habitación un poco antes del tiempo , esta en mi segunda visita , y sin duda alguna , regresaría de nuevo !

La actitud de la chica que estaba en la caja del restaurante donde desayunanos, todo el tiempo con una pesima actitud de servicio.
