Very disappointing stay:(

Cons:

The floors were very dirty and whatever cleaner was used was so powerful it made my eyes sting and head hurt. I couldn't air it out because was no window and the screen door had gaps so mosquitoes and flies got in. Due to this and it being really hot I slept horribly:(. Owners were not willing to move me to a different room and when they went in to clean the floors they once again used the potent cleaner, making it worse.

We will be back!
Pros:

The location was great and the staff super helpful! The design and layout were modern and clean and the bed comfy! We will return and bring friends! We loved being able to walk to and from the Rendezvous Event Center, multiple restaurants, shopping, etc. Thank you!

Cons:

There was one towel that clearly had been left in the washer too long before drying, or something to that effect, but unlike some establishments there were multiple others for us to choose from so it wasn't a big deal. The inhabitants of the adjacent room were suuuuper loud at 7AM on Sun. :( The adjoining door could really use some of the noise cancelling efforts they've put into the rest of the chateau.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The beds erected extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night sleep. I specifically loved the back porch, which provided convenient access to my car. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. I’m already planning to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Cute, clean, recommended for winter stays.
Pros:

It really is a nice property, clean, close to the festival we went to.

Cons:

I’m sure it is perfect in the winter. I just wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay in the summer. After being outside all day for the Jazz Festival no one wants to come to a hot room at the end of the day.

I wish the cost was a little less, but todays pricing has just skyrocked we were really lucky
Pros:

There were no chocolates as stated in the guest book, and parking was a bit tight. So missed that treat and had a tight squeeze. (ha-ha) Otherwise very clean and to your credit, tight or not, NOT having to pay for parking and being able to walk 6 minutes to the venue, was a super plus. My husband loved your place, very quaint.

Cons:

Parking, but we didn't have to pay for it so that was very nice

Pros:

I liked that it was very cozy, loved the hot tub and access to outside via the room we rented with our own private deck. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond with questions.

Cons:

The room was too warm even with the cooling fan in there. Had to leave the door open to cool the room down. Could use better ac systems for the summer. I'm sure it's great in the winter though.

Would highly recommend.
Pros:

I was completely surprised (positively) in the overall appointments of my room. It was MUCH nicer than the chain hotel I usually stay at in Winter Park, for a better price. The shower, in particular, was awesome!

Cons:

My only "complaint" is that the bed was too soft for me. It was fine for a single night, but it would have bothered my back if I'd been staying for multiple nights.
