The WPa Chateau was great- the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
This was a last minute getaway with my bestie for her birthday. Loved everything about this place, the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. It was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops also you can catch the shuttle right out front.

Great view from Bear room. Nice size deck with hot tub. Close to everything on Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, Grand Adventures, and more. Located directly across the way from Randi's Irish Pub & Grill (GREAT food). Found this wonderful place at the last minute and it is now added to our list of favorite places to stay in Colorado!
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this boutique hotel. It was our first time staying in this area. We primarily stayed for skiing in Winter Park/Mary Jane ski resorts which was close by. The location was great since we can walk to the restaurants. When we arrived, we were greeted by John who was the owner. He was welcoming and showed us around the place. There was the “den” which has a bar, sitting area, and game room. The jacuzzi was outside and has an awesome view of the area. We were staying in the Fox room which was adorable. The room can be accessed from inside the hotel and outside with a mini sitting area. The fireplace made the room cozy. We had a problem with the water barely draining in the bathroom sink. John was quick to respond and fix it. The only suggestion we have is to have a small mirror outside the room so we didn’t have to wait for someone to finish in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The virtual check in was a bit messy but the in person representative got it easily sorted.

Booking/ billing process thru this 3rd party site was a little clunky.
The room was very charming and clean. It had a Bed and Breakfast feel and a nice lounge where you could get drinks and relax.
The fireplace did not work in our room and we were never able to get it to turn on. When we asked for a staff member to turn it on, they said they would but never followed through.
There was no breakfast.
No AC It was a little hot until midnight or so.
John and Kaylee were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with another reservation elsewhere. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel completely at home. They helped make our stay in Colorado truly memorable.
The only thing that could have made it better was staying a little longer.

Slick in some spots. On a steep hill and i almost fell down the side alley on ice trying to find the entrance. It was also kind of noisy. Kids running around and loud. Also hard to find some of the suite entrances bc of lighting.
