La struttura era ben posizionata e non distante dal centro di Venezia

Cons:

Struttura bella all’esterno ma vecchia e messa male all’interno, la stanza che ci è stata data era piena d’umidità, i vestiti posizionati all’interno dell’armadio la mattina dopo erano umidi tanta era l’umidità che c’era nell’aria. Sinceramente l’unica cosa positiva era la posizione. Non lo consiglio

Pros:

Convenient location across the road from the stop for the number 5 bus which reaches Venice in 20 minutes. An economical option. The bed was comfortable, and the towels and linen appeared clean.

Cons:

Poor customer service. No breakfast is available. Damp on one wall in the room coming from the shower. A general musty smell which seemed to be coming from the curtains and bedspread. A leaky pipe in the corridor ceiling with a bucket under it. Plastic bags containing what appeared to be linen piled up in the corridor to prevent guests from opening a door to a terrace. On the first night some guests came in at 2.00am and made a lot of noise until 4.00am.

We paid for 4 Rooms but only got 2.

No electric in the one room.

No breakfast available on sight.
Money not refunded for the 2 rooms we paid for. No Wifi.

Pros:

Facile raggiungere sia Venezia che l’aeroporto tramite autobus nr 5 che si ferma a 150 m dalla struttura

Cons:

Nessun servizio di colazione, stanze con evidenti segni di usura , paralumi riparati con nastro adesivo, luce del bagno non funzionante e non sistemata dopo segnalazione, interruttore luce specchio bagno difettoso. Una volta acceso lo abbiamo lasciato tale non sapendo se si sarebbe nuovamente acceso. Segnalato ma non risolto. Trovata ragnatela con annesso ragno segno di scarsa pulizia. Copriletto macchiato. Per essere una struttura 3 stelle si è rivelata manchevole di troppe cose direi che già 2 stelle sono troppe.Da evitare.

Pros:

Tenia mi vuelo a las 6:00am. Quería estar temprano en el aeropuerto. Lo más temprano que pasa el transporte público es a las 4:30am y está en 12min frente al aeropuerto. Si no.. se puede usar uber o taxi, que cuesta entre 30 y 40 euros.
Esta info es para quien quiera quedarse cerca del aeropuerto y tenga vuelo temprano. Es considerar todos los costos.

Die Busverbindung nach Venedig war hervorragend und fuhr direkt vom Hotel ab. Die Hotelzimmer waren schlicht, aber sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert! Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

El personal de la mañana y de la noche solo hablaban italiano y no pudieron responder nuestras inquietudes. Ninguna intención de buen servicio. Solamente el muchade la mañana fue agradable y servicial
