Fantastic hotel in a good resort
Pros:

2nd time here enjoyed our stay again, rooms are nice, staff are very pleasant & helpful
Very clean staff are constantly cleaning, lovely pool area
We look forward to next year

Cons:

Check in machines are a pain but I’m sure the more tech you are it will be better, but there is always a member of staff close by

Good bang for the buck, but beware the need of an app (!)
Pros:

Good location, functional fitness room and very fresh, modern interior. The decors is really thought through and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Beach towels for rent were a plus.

Cons:

Caution: you will need to download an app, which works as a room key. Had I realized that before, i would not have booked that hotel, since it will need access to phone‘s data (eg location, nfc, identifiers, etc.).
Breakfast a little underwhelming (hot dishes were cold, no real changes of dishes), although the brunch idea is quite convenient.

Good stay overall and would go back again
Pros:

Location excellant brunch good tho foods could have been warmer

Cons:

Room we stayed in near the outside toilet block and could def smell drains in a morning not sure anything could be done tho (room 123) have stayed numerous times but have found rooms are much better on the police of the building and from 3rd floor up

Trotz grossem Komplex schöne Anlage
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, in unter 5min.am Meer und in der Einkaufsmeile. Trotz riesigem Komplex, sehr stillvolle Einrichtung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher klein, aber man es hat das nötigste, auch Pflanzliche Milch ist vorhanden. 24h rezeption, vieles Digital zb Zimmerschlüssel. Poolbereich ist gut, mehrere Orte zum verweilen auch einen Kiosk gibt es.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig alles, wen Leute im Flur vorbei laufen man hört alles. Wie auch andere Aktivitäten der Nachbarn.

La struttura è molto vicino alla spiaggia, il personale molto disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione o brunch. Avevo già soggiornato due anni fa’ e la colazione offerta era più ricca e di qualità rispetto a quest’anno. Molto ridotta con poca scelta.
