Pros:

La ubicación, esta muy cerca d la playa. La zona d la piscina no está mal, pero es muy incómodo que no llamen la atención a gente jugando con la pelota mientras el resto estamos tumbadas queriendo leer o relajarse

Cons:

El baño d la habitación no estaba muy limpio, el desayuno poco variado.
En la ducha deberían poner alcachofa para quien no quiere mojarse el pelo y solo refrescarse.

Pros:

Le brunch illimité est très pratique et plutôt complet dans ce qu'il propose, la piscine est super et les chambres sont propres, en cohérence avec ce qui est affiché dans les photos. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied.

Cons:

Certains services proposés (comme le coffre-fort, le mini frigo, les serviettes de plage) engendrent un coût supplémentaire et les plateformes de streaming sur la télé marchent seulement avec Chromecast, donc on n'a pas pu en profiter. De plus, la télé semblait ne pas être connecté à internet et quand nous avons demandé de l'aide assez tôt dans la soirée nous n'avons pas pu en avoir jusqu'au lendemain.

Pros:

Loved our stay here. Unlimited brunch was a huge bonus and there was a great variety of food. The pool was great and there were plenty of lounge chairs to use. Room was also very clean.

Pros:

Il brunch è davvero molto variegato.
Le stanze sono esattamente come vengono descritte.
La zona della piscina mi sembrava molto ben tenuta, anche se visto il freddo non l'abbiamo utilizzata.
Staff gentile, posizione ottima e vicina sia alla spiaggia che alla fermata del bus.

Cons:

Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione delle camere.
L'accesso alle camere avviene tramite app, magari non è una cosa molto comoda per certi tipi di viaggiatori ma lo staff ci ha aiutate quando abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'accesso.

Centrale rispetto a Palma, Magaluf e le principali spiagge.

Cuando nos alojamos, la habitación no estaba limpia. Había pelos negros por todas partes, probablemente de los huéspedes anteriores.

En el baño no había nada: ni pañuelos, ni champú, ni pasta de dientes. Aunque eso no fue lo peor. El principal inconveniente fue la ducha, que solo cae desde arriba y tiene muy poca presión de agua caliente.

Además, el televisor no tenía conexión a Internet.

El hotel en sí tiene buena apariencia tanto en el vestíbulo como en el exterior. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento.

El desayuno es bueno.

Sin embargo, nos sorprendió lo tranquilo que estaba el hotel, especialmente en la zona de la piscina. Ni siquiera ponen un poco de música en el bar para crear ambiente.

También nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en la consigna antes del check-in.

Overall great !
Pros:

Breakfast was just ok , not many healthy options. But location is wonderful, 3 min walk from the beach and all the restaurants ! Very modern hotel , lovely gym , bar is open almost 24/7.

Cons:

Would great if they would have a little fridge in the room.
