Pros:

Good location, breakfast and lunch included, and a laundry area. The staff are nice. Nice room and a good variety of food.

Cons:

When we arrived, the bed had some sand on it and some hair that looked like it had been used. When I complained to the reception staff, they fixed it quickly and changed the bedsheets immediately. The bathroom glass in the shower couldn't block the water, causing it to spill out and make the entire floor wet.

Never again would I stay at this hotel been to many Ferguson hotels in this region all been excellen

Where do I start ,? Ok on arrival at around 10am we went to reception,to check in. I was told it would cost us 30 Erou,s for breakfast ? Ecevn though we had paid for breakfast for 7 days .receptions answer was we had not booked in till 15.00 hours ? .so we waited for breakfast the next morning,to find the food was cold ,and I mean cold. So in the canteen there was a microwave around 14 inches wide ,everyone that I saw was using this microwave .baering in mind ‘‘tis was just 1 between 245 customers ,so if you double that as couples per room 490 people without children .,I m reporting my stay too trip advisor to warn another customers that tend to stay there ,Fergus hotels have a lot to stay for themselves in this 2 star hotel

The 24/7 self-service laundry was very useful. Staff were average overall, though a few individuals were genuinely professional and happy to work there.

Cons:

Cleanliness was acceptable, but we noticed cockroaches in the hotel on several occasions. The buffet was quite basic, nothing special. Internet wasn’t working at check-in. Check-in via the self-service kiosk/machine was not very convenient. Parking is paid daily, which added extra cost to the stay. The most serious issue was a prolonged power outage (starting 12/07, lasting the entire day) that left elevators (we were on the 6th floor), Wi-Fi, power outlets, in-room TV, and air conditioning completely unusable.
